I usually don't provide a review but I have been reminded and reminded over and over and it was a not a good experience so I was going to let it go. First my order was wrong. Ordered and paid for 4 items and received 2 and was basically accused of trying to scam them out of 2 other items. Upon receiving the two additional items the quality was poor to say the least. I have purchased many items from titan but with experience may be my last

We order a post hole auger and before I finalize my order I decide to call and verify my order through on of titan agents , I didn’t want to get it wrong. The agent confirmed my order as being correct. Well it wasn’t? Not really sure what happened but I did my due diligence to make sure and it still was wrong. So anyone out there if you can help us get this returned and refunded properly, I would well appreciate it. Thank you

The product is great, it was the customer service that was terrible. I was told it was on BO until 26 June. I called the 26th and was told it might come in around the middle of July. I told them that wasn't acceptable and refund me. With in 24 hrs they called and said the item I was wanting came in go figure. Anyway I took shipping and received the item in a few days

In the end I did not receive the product I paid for. I entered the correct shipping address but your website did not accept my address and promtped me to correct the address. This resulted in accidental entry of a similar address in a different city and state. My call to the company to try to correct this resulted in an "its not our problem" response. Later, after contacting UPS and a resulting conference call, a new call tag was issued but the people who received the package refused to respond, so the package was not recovered. Though I do appreciate that some effort was eventually made to resolve the issue, in the end I spent money for a product I did not receive. Thus I am not exactly happy with this transaction.

Titan Attachments has no problem taking money from customers while portraying a false service on their website. Their website should state there is a chance a customer will pay $112 for expedited shipping and receive zero expedited shipping. They advertised a service, took money for that service, and then kept the money when their company did not fulfill that service. We paid $112 for the attachment to arrive in 5-7 days. It didn’t arrive until 17 days later. I also contacted BBB for a refund on the expedited shipping fee and the company just said no, sorry we don’t guarantee shipping times. Then they shouldn’t advertise and take money for expedited shipping. The quality of their product is good though.

Decent quality attachments at fair prices. Shipping company (SAIA) is a joke. No call ahead, dropped off bucket with random metal angle contraption on it. Sent heads up email to Titan and got a "we're super sorry" as a response.

We purchased the 6' forlift broom.... Order Process was fantastic. Delivery was even better. The product construction quality is good for the price point. However, we tried to remove the bristle segments and they will not budge. It seems there was an issue in the manufacturing process and the bristle base are too large to fit in the bristle channel. These are made of hard rubber and they could not be removed even with a 5lb sledge hammer. I don't see us being able to replace these when they wear becase they are absolutely crammed in with no budging whatsoever.

The product seems to be very well built and exactly what I was looking for but it came all beat to hell. If I wouldn’t have needed to use it right away I definitely would have refused delivery as a new item shouldn’t be pre-damaged. Pretty disappointing!

The grapple bucket I recieved had a broken hydraulic fitting, so the first test was very messy with fluid everywhere. They did send a replacment cylinder quickly, but it was still dissapointing.

Item got lost for weeks and they weren't very helpful with dealing with it. Finally came and it does not fit the lower link on our tractor. Nicely built unit but too narrow for lower links. Disappointing.

I am certain I ordered a 72 in bale spear with 39 inch forks. I received a 60 in with 39 in spears. I called customer service and was told I could exchange it as long as I don’t use it. I told them I need it in now and have to use it to pick up bales. So now I can’t return it. Not happy with this experience.

The delivery was HORRIBLE and I feel like I should not pay anything for shipping since I had to hire local young men to come and move the attachment away from the main road to prevent theft.

Item was delivered with a missing part. I have contacted customer support and they are requiring me to take pictures to prove that it is actually missing a part, as if taking a photo would actually prove that. If I wanted to scam you I would just remove the part before I took the picture. Why would I want to claim that it was missing a $10 lower 3 point hitch pin if I really wasn't? Otherwise, it was GREAT! Fast delivery, quality product.

Shipment of a set of 60" fork-lift forks was split into 3 seperate shgipments????? -forfk, 2-fork, and 3 frame. The 2 forks came in long before the frame did. little communication about how and why this was done????
