Ballast box arrived with paint scraped off to bare metal in several spots. Poorly packaged with edges unprotected by cardboard and loosely wrapped with plastic, which did not protect the box. Unfortunately, I need to repaint before even using it for the first time. Very disappointed.

There were absolutely no instructions in this package. Makes it a little difficult to put together. No book, no papers at all!

A little down pressure on my forks will detach frame from tractor. I wider piece of steel on top lip would’ve prevented this.

This commentary is more on the experience. I ordered a grapple at 1pm on a Sunday, then went to cancel the order less than 5 hours later. I used the chat feature on the website and they said my order was successfully canceled. The next day I got notifications that the item had shipped. Support told me that I would be charged a $400 restocking fee. That's unacceptable, all attempts to try and get the restocking fee removed were answered with a "no." Really disappointed in the customer service.

1st order was not delivered by FedEx. Titan reordered at no addition cost. 2nd delivery was again lost by FedEx. Titan stopped responding to me about replacing 2nd order. FedEx "investgated" with no resolution what so ever. Now Im out $800 and likely not going to ever get the product that originally ordered. Would be giving 1 star if they had not attempted to ship it a second time.

Shipping was poor. Shipped in 3 separate labels, 2 of the labels got damaged which caused a delay in delivery. 1 delivered on time 1 was 2 days later and 1 was lost and delivered a week later. When I did get the pallet forks they fit my cat skid steer but would not lock in on my new Holland tractor.

I received four flail blades/hammers even though it says five. I called Titan and to Titans credit they sent the whole order again to make up for not getting it right the first time and they shipped four. I figured I would order another FIVE like it said and again, Titan shipped me four flail blades, what the heck?!?!

The forks do not seat on to my machine on their own. Someone has to push the bottom down in order for it to line up for my quick attach. Not happy at all. Quality seems great but that completely eliminates my ability to take on and off alone. Very disappointed.

not sure if the two pieces wedged together is what you call scratch and dent, but I can not seperate the 2 pieces, so it is not ususable.

I was told someone would need to sign for the delivery. I only knew of the truck when the dog started barking at the truck 100 yards away on the highway. I drove out to meet the truck and sign but the truck left when I reached the end of the driveway. The 200 pound delivery was left by the side of the road for Me to move back to the house. If they could have unloaded it on the side of the road they could have unloaded it onto my truck.

The quality seems to be excellent, but something was made wrong on mine and the bottom pins I can only get one to go where it would latch and the other side is a half of pin width off which doesn’t let me attach it and use it. So for now it’s sitting in its delivery crate not useable. I called you the day it arrived and haven’t really had any correspondence except for a email stating it’s taking some time. I’m very anxious to get this rectified so I can use the thing for something other than a yard ornament. Can someone please give me a call and help me figure out what’s going on with it. Either someone needs to come see it in person or send out a different one that will fit properly and take this one back. Please advise me and call me at (812) 208-5232. Thanks Tim Foltz

Your packaging is awful. You really need to do something about it. My package even lost the shipping label. The package was completely torn up by the time I received it. It arrived late because the shipping label was lost.

Where do I begin? First my order was lost by FedEx, which is not Titan’s fault. I sent email to Titan because there is no number to call!!! I filed a claim with the insurance. A representative emailed me fairly quick apologising for the order being lost. He advised he was going to send another one immediately. I received that order and it was not the pallet forks that would fit my John Deere tractor!! I emailed them again and he sent the correct attachment for the tractor. I tried the attachment and the pins would not line up!! So I had to make an adjustment to make pins work!!! I really like the prices but I’m not sure I will order any more attachment from titan!! The 2 stars is for the attachment but I will give 5 stars to support if I could!

The shipping excellent but the attachment the connectors are loose and I had a big leak, the hoses are too big and there is no way to hold it and that caused one of them to break

The service was superb. I am disappointed with the product. I can't keep the bales from slipping off the spike if I go up a slight grade. I have to back up any kind of rise in the terrain. I bought the longest spike available but it is still too short.

I placed the order on 7/15, with the understanding it was back ordered until 7/22. You charged my card on 7/15. All other companies that I have dealt with don’t charge a card until the product is shipped. I was notified the product was shipped on 7/21 however, the shipment did arrive until August. I received a promotional email from Titan the day after the boom arrived with a 19% discount on the same item. I’m very disappointed in this transaction. Dan Ayers
