This rotary cutter did a good job on thick grass and weeds. I didn't use it on any heavy brush. The brackets are of a poor quality as they bent out of shape. The steel used in the shipping frame the unit was shipped in is stronger. Buy a heavier gauge steel product.

I received the attachment with a manufacturing flaw so it didn't fit the tractor. I tried to talk to someone about this and I was clearly talking to a call center because I kept being asked to file a warranty claim on and was told there was no phone number to talk to a representative about warranty. After filing the pictures and the issue on line I was via email from Ralph, no phone call if given a discount I would be willing to grind down/modify the part of the attachment to make it fit since it wasn't a structural part of the attachment. My response was no and that I should not have to modify a brand new part that I just purchased and I expected to receive a replacement. The next response was we will send you a new attachment no need to send the other one back. In the end Titan did the right thing but my experience with your customer service was very poor.

After 3 attempts my order Has NOT been delivered! Why do you keep sending these ? I’m am waiting for the 4th delivery. I sure hope I get compensated for this in some way.

The product I ordered was the 3 inch flail mower hammers. They held up ok. The hammers are weak and the brake in half quite easily. The product packaging is terrible!!!! I tried explaing this to customer service but I don't think she cared. My order was missing 2 of the 5 pieces I ordered. They were quickly replaced with a full set of 5 at no additional charge. I truly appreciate that. I have ordered multiple times and every time my order is received the box is completely destroyed. You put 5lbs of steel in a cardboard box unsecured and expect to to arrive in tact. Thats a joke. I would be happy to send you photos of the box as your product arives if it would help. Please look into proper packaging as I order and need these on time.

The shipping process was very frustrating. They shipped my order three times because the first two kept getting “damaged” and FedEx refused tk deliver it. The first shipment went on the wrong truck according to FedEx, the second shipment had 3 attempted deliveries but never actually delivered and then it was mysteriously damaged. They said it is Titan’s policy that if the packaging is damage they cannot deliver and have to send it back to Titan. I ordered a tooth attach for my bucket. Clearly the heavy duty metal is going to damage packaging of just cardboard. The item itself was never damaged. I didn’t get this attachment in time for my products which cost me over $10,000 is profit loss.

Global attach hay spear- fits john deere well. Frame is sturdy. Missed the mark with the bottom support hay spears. Bolt holes are not offset enough to fit into bolt grove on spears. Lost one in pasture. Hand tightened the other and I busted the bolt. Cheap soft metal. Tapped 1/2” into spear and now the grade 3 bolt I bought secures it well.

The tech was great. #SO0000074353. Getting the repair part ready for shipping was slow. I know you have no control once FedEx picks it up. The first conversation took place 6/9.......I did not received the part until 6/17. The only reason I needed the repair was because the quick hitch was damaged in shipment.

Shipping took forever. Package went to Memphis Tn 3 times. Worst shipping I have ever seen. Finally on the very last day they had to get it to me it finally arrived. I would never ever ship anything with them. I had also contacted Titan to see if they would contact the shipping trucking company and they wouldn’t I think I might just be thru buying titan products unless you guarantee me that it won’t ever be shipped thru this company again

Shipping was quick. The packaging was decent. The price was good. So now let's get to the product I purchased a 72" fork carriage with 48" forks should be simple right? When I went to assemble the forks onto the carriage nothing would fit! Either the mounts on the forks are too close together and improperly formed or the carriage is too large with top rail improperly shaped. The bracket on the fork is tapered while the rail on the carriage is square so the bracket cannot place on the load-bearing surface of the carriage as it should and as a result, there is no fork adjusting possible

I'm giving a 2 star review because 2 of the items I bought showed up on time, the third item a stump bucket has not been delivered and nobody returns my calls or emails. It was due to arrive May 22. I could realy use this bucket now , still waiting.................

Hitch looks heavy duty. Unfortunately it was missing top attachment in the kit and had to wait another month or so for it. Steel parts were bagged together not individually wrapped so paint was all scratched up.

Came with a smashed front panel had to weld tabs and pound out cover. Had to modify bracket to fit bobcat. Why would you put British hoses on ?

well, it was like this. i got a call from the shipper at about 1 pm, i gave the driver the gate code and said to drop it by the tractor in front of the house. i got called into work that day so i couldn’t be there. i came home about 2 am, it was raining. i found my shipment laying on the side of the road in the ditch about a quarter of mile from the house. i decided not to leave it there until morning so i got the tractor and put the forks on it and went back to pick it up and brought it to the house. i haven’t unpacked it yet because i’ve been working a lot but it seems to be intact. i guess this is what “ free” shipping is? i don’t know.

Hitch design seems ok but pretty light compared to our other brand hitches. I was shocked at the poor quality welding. Definitely not impressed

I placed my order on 5/23 and received the correct fork and wrong fork frame on 5/31 when it was suppose to be 3-5 day shipping. Then we needed to reorder the correct fork frame which was done on 5/31. I just received delivery on 6/6. This took 15 days for delivery overall. I am very disappointed with this overall duration. The product overall looks to be of good quality.

The latch’s won’t open enough to let equipment release from hitch. I had to weld handle holes on latch rod closed and drill new holes in correct position. Not cool.
