First time I called to order Juan was of little help as he couldn't take a credit card info nor would he look at your scratch and dent list and barely got your product number from him for my tractor. Second time I called was better as I had all the information gleaned from the first call.

Very disappointed that the sale said it was $80 off and then charged $75 handling fee. When I bought the pallet forks they weighed much more and there was no handling charge. So your big sale saved me $5. I won't be buying another item from TITAN after being misled in this manner.

It seems to be durable and the right tool for my needs. Only concern was the shipping. Was not informed that it was shipped short incomplete until I received it and had to call your customer service center. Great response but should have been informed upfront Thank you

Customer service was great. Fedex delivering was not so great. Seems to get lost or whatever during delivery.

Titan products are great, but the pricing ogres are terrible. Everyone I know who purchases from Titan has been screwed by pricing. Twice, I've ordered a product that goes on sale a couple of days or even the next business day (late Saturday purchase that went on sale on Monday), and It makes me feel stupid. Then, I'm mad about the purchase before it even arrives. I think Titan would do itself a great service to shed its price-gouging reputation. Follow respected companies like Costco that will price match within a reasonable period, such as 30 days. Titan asks me to go above and beyond, which I'm happy to do as a good citizen when parts are missing from a delivery. In this situation, the chipper I ordered is missing the bolts and nuts from the chute, which means I am unable to use my product and need to drive an hour roundtrip to Lowes to buy the missing parts. And while Titan offered to reimburse costs, considering the items will probably be less than $10, I'm not likely to take the time to submit the claim. Again, I'm not upset about the missing parts, as mistakes happen, but it's especially rich when Titan doesn't provide the same treatment to its customers in return.

The fork attachment does not fit my John Deere 5065E tractor. I am a welder and can make it fit. I thought you should know. It is heavy duty and I like it.

Ordered a set of USA-made forks. Work as they should. Arrived with bare metal in a bunch of spots. Generally disappointed in a product when I need to paint it before I even use it.

I ordered an 8' rear blade on 10/1 via their website and received an acknowledgement email right away. When it arrived on 11/8, it was actually only 7.5'. And a different SKU part number than what I ordered/paid for on-line. When I called them, customer service said that the 8' was no longer available so they sent me the 7.5' version. I didn't get what I ordered/paid for and the agent didn't seem to really care. The 7.5' blade is well made and I'll keep it, but such tactics are dishonest. Be careful when buying from this company.

Arrived well before (1 Week) email advising it shipped. Adaptor doesn't work with hay spears due to nut on spears hitting the frame of the adaptor.

I bought the 6' ATV transformer rake. When the package arrived it had completely blown up the shipping company had to tape on more cardboard on the sides. When we unloaded it 2 tines fell out. Luckily everything was still there. I've only got to use it once

Forks I ordered came in 3 pcs over 4 days. Quick latch did not work on my Mahindra tractor had to torch the slot bigger to work. Did get $37 back. Fork base not as sturdy as i thought bent metal on first day had to heat and straighten. Overall I guess for the price they will work ok.

The design of the hay spear is flawed. The nut on the spear rubs against the front carrier brace

Attachment was not described as imported or made in china. Did not realize this till after the purchase. I would have bought USA made . Needs to be stated .

No install instructions The fittings on the hydraulic hoses did not work with fittings on tractor. Had to purchase new.

My order arrived in a timely manner. I believe it was just a few days. The quick attach frame was damaged though . Top of frame is bent and powder coating knocked off . I do realize that it is heavy and awkward though .

The shipping was great, and the overall transaction was great, however, I was not home when the rack itself was delivered, but the condition of it was completely unacceptable. The amount of dings, scrapes, and paint missing for a new part was outrageous. When it warms up a little bit I am going to have to repaint the whole part.
