“Unit showed up with lots of paint damage due to the way it was shipped Please ship me orange paint to redo the paint job. I have pix if you want them”

“I received the item and it does not fit the bucket. We have tried everything it will not go on the bucket. It’s a bobcat 72” bucket. Also it did not come with the bolts to attach it. I have made a warranty claim but haven’t heard anything back as of today. I went ahead and purchased the bolt on individual teeth from you to see if they will work.”

“The conversion plate from skid steer to JD did not fit. I had to cut, grind and sledge hammer my JD-pin forks onto the Titan plate. That plate now lives on those forks. To have adjusted the attachment to make it so that I could use my other JD pin attachments would have compromised the integrity of the welds. It is what it is… this is the first disappointment of the 3 purchases I have made. Respectfully, Russell Moody Pittsfield Massachusetts 413-358-2990”

“Titan gives an impression of being American products, but is just another company selling foreign made products. It would be fine if you were clear about where the origin of the the things you sell come from. And you are charging American made prices. I could have got one of my items for less than half what I paid you by buying Chinese made, but I thought I was getting American made so I paid more to you. And it was still foreign made. Lastly your packaging is horrible. Two of the three items were so poorly protected, that they were bent and had scratches that went through the paint, and cutting into the metal body. The one packaged correctly, traveled the farthest and didn't have a scratch on it.”

“The sheet carrier was a disappointment. One thread on a sliding bracket needed a tap run through it before it could be used. Also the arms keep coming loose as it is used. Pins or detects so the arms don’t shift might work better.”

“I received the pick of equipment on a timely basis, noticed immediately no instruction manual, emailed and received instructions as to how to download, no problem. Upon reviewing the manual, extremely disappointed with the lack of usable information. Upon attaching equipment to machine the equipment was extremely sensitive to remote control,email for assistance in adjusting, as well as called, 4 days later and have still gotten no response. It is the week before Christmas so I am not overreacting at this time, however will be extremely disappointed if I do not get a response within 10 days.”

“Good morning guys! Bad news... We have put the rock bucket threw 16 hours of use and it works great ,except multiple welds have broke..My guys are currently fabricating some reinforcemets in the back side of the bucket where it attaches to the 4052R John Deere tracktor. The welds on this bucket are not very impressive and I hope we dont run into more issues.”

“Delayed multiple times, received parts on separate dates. Frame isn't as sturdy as it should be (missing lower weld to ensure wheels maintain distance apart as assembled, bent frame at least two inches within four hours of use on sand and dirt road). Blade is acceptable for use, not entirely worth the cost of this product though.”

“I was disappointed that the price dropped on the unit just after I purchased it. I asked for the lower price being it hadn’t shipped yet, but to no avail. The quick attached had to be trimmed 3/16” on each side for the locks to work on my 1845C.”

“Web design, ease of ordering, shipping - freight They were a 5 plus!!!!! The issue is customer service, had a problem and made a mistake on my order. Tried to call 800 number with no success, and e-mailed with no response until the unit was shipped indicating nothing could be done. Case file was never resolved, requested a conversation with customer service, and nothing has happened. Now they are asking me to write a review. My point is this, if your looking for a value-based product line this is it, but to give you that value they have to cut something. Like so many companies nowadays it's almost impossible to talk to a real person. Happy with the product, but customer service iffy at best”

“I placed an order 11/27 only to find out 11/28 that the wrong address was used. I immediatly called to correct the issue on 11/28, only to find out that the 1st order had to be canceled and my CC charged again for the order with promise to refuse bd me in 5-7 business days. Order arrived but it is now 12/12 and my refund has not been made. Very poor customer service to fix a company problem(s)!!”

“Fittings not tightened.. very Mickey Mouse the way the coupling hoses are designed and routed … the cylinder covers are weak designed poorly , constantly bent and having to replace… I would not buy it again!!”

“Freight was damaged during shipping. No protective wrapping was utilized to protect the pallet forks during transit. Currently working with Titian to resolve the issue.”

“I order a set of grapples for my tractor. When they got here they were very damaged. So I tried calling many times to no prevail. So I brought the damaged mess into my shop and straightened all the bent parts and got everything lined back up. Now it’s hoses and the main cylinder. Hopefully they will ship the parts. But I’m really not holding my breath!”
