“For the money this works for what I need, the actual table platform isn't even flat(sits at an angle) not even sure the uprights are welded square and straight, but it serves its purpose”

“I have not assembled the product yet but I have a buddy who has the same one n I really liked it As far as this order it was not the greatest. When I went on the page a thing kept popping up that if I signed up I would get 10% off my first purchase but when I tried to use it I couldn’t because they said the product was already marked down so I lost that coupon because it was my first order. Then they said it was free shipping but when I checked out there was a $75 handling fee which I don’t care what you say it’s the same as shipping fee. It’s just another way to word it. Then I was sent the wrong product n had to send it back and wait for the right one to be shipped. I like the product but the purchase experience was not a good one”

“I thought scratch and dent was a few pieces of paint missing. Got it and it was welded incorrectly so had a hard time fitting it to my loader.”

“The attachments I ordered were manufactured with great quality materials. I was disappointed that the global fork attachment had an issue with the left side locking tab being welded incorrectly on the attachment, not allowing the tractor locking pin to fully engage and lock the attachment.”

“Attachment seems solid, connected to kubota easily. Only issue I had is with shipping company . Unit came with large gash down the middle of the metal with all paint removed. In addition they left the unit at the end of the driveway on a pallet just sitting on the pallet unattached in any way.”

“The gripping pads did not pivot. It took quite a while to get them to move. Also they had to be reversed for the handles to attach. They don't pivot enough for smaller objects. This needs to be addressed. Overall it is a good product.”

“The product was fine, but did not work on my quick hitch. When inquiring about a return, I found with the shipping and the restocking fee, I might as well sell it for scrap!! At least I could recover some of my cost!!”

“I was told that Titan needed my phone # (which was provided) so that the carrier could contact me before delivery. This was not done as I was called by the carrier when he was at the end of my Dead End Road. Instead on prior notification of pending delivery so that I could meet him at a location of our choosing. the carrier had to sit and wait for me to gather up and come meet him at the junction of the dead-end road. This seems to be a big issue with Titan as when I ordered the blade a couple of years back and never received it, had to wait to finally get a refund issued to my card!”

“I bought the scratch & dent model at a great price. When I got it out for assembly there wasn’t any hardware, I would put that in the incomplete category not scratch & dent. I got some hardware and am pleased overall with the product.”

“Was sent the wrong length pallet forks blades and it was very frustrating trying to get customer service, to understand or figure it out despite numerous calls and emails. Clearly wasn't familiar with product. Item is well made but getting it all sorted out was too much trouble.”

“I had to replace all of the hammer blades with knives. The bushings and bolts are junk and not worth the time and money to install them. I had to upgrade to grade 8.8 bolts and better quality locks nuts and install solid steel bushings. What is the possible of reimbursement ?”

“titan should alert about compatibility with various machines and offer upgrade to 90 deg couplers for Bobcat machines. I have already damaged the straight connectors that came with it when jaws are opened fully, less than 1 hr's use; this is a design flaw IMO. Now have to rebuild hoses with 90's to make it usable. Otherwise, the attachment works well and as hoped for, but, will probably look to Bobcat brand in future for hydraulic attachments to avoid hose/connector hassle (major bummer, loss of time and repair expense).”

“I was glad to see that they were available again as I have been wanting to order one but they've been out of stock for some time. It arrived quickly but unfortunately, the unit had a significant amount of rust on it. The box it arrived in smelled moldy. So wherever these are stored while they are "out of stock" you may want to get them out of the weather. I will bead blast it and paint it myself, but I'm not going to recommend them. Ideally, it should be powder coated, but I can't put that much more money into it. Thanks anyway!”
