Definitely not made in the USA which is disappointing. Axle was too long. I had to use extra fender washers from the hardware store to take up space to get rid of excess play in the wheels. Linkage adjustment is flimsy at best. Assembly instructions were fair So far not impressed and feel like I should have spent the extra on an earth way.

The construction and material is heavy duty. However, the hardware is an inferior quality. The hardware specially for the times should be stainless steel or a grade 8. However, the lock washers the washers and the nuts feel light and inferior quality. Additionally, the two shims that go in the upright for the top link should be a heavier gauge metal.

I have bought multiple pieces of equipment from Titan, and most have arrived quickly and were in good condition. This ballast box was disappointing. Paint and weld quality is not great, but the major disappointment was it has some unwanted holes drilled in the bottom. This wouldn't be such a problem if I was filling the box with rocks or concrete, but I was planning to add sand. The sand won't be in the box for long with holes in the bottom. A lessor problem is they ship these with draw pins with less than normal sized holes for the lynch pins. This is a bit annoying when switching 3 point implements. Why do they do this? I have messaged the company to see what they will do about the holes and I was told they will respond in 1 to 2 weeks. This delay is unexceptable.

The attachment fit properly, but the quality of the welds were sub par. I ground out the welds and re-welded. Was hoping I could send pictures with this message but I'm not seeing that option. I responded to the order email with pictures, so hopefully you see that.

Very confusing web site. Not enough info regarding standard vs euro pallet attachment. Bought the standard, needed the euro. Bought the euro. Return policy for the standard way to expensive. 20% plus shipping. Ridiculous.

The pallet forks I purchased for my skidsteer bent on the bottom frame when I put some weight on them. I had to take a sledge hammer to beat the frame back in place. I expected better quality than this. I've bought several Titan attachments, but this will be my last purchase. Reminds me of something I bought from Harbor Freight.

I received 4 different notices the item would be delayed and it would be arriving the next day. Each day I'd get another notice it would be delayed. I finally went to a FedEx and they tracked where is was being held. I went to that location and waited over an hour for them to track it down. Once they brought it out the packaging was badly damaged and the hardware bag that was taped to the item was ripped open and all the hardware was missing. Had it been packaged properly, I'm confident the hardware would have been there. Instead after all the hassle with the shipping I had to go purchase the hardware. When calling Titan the rep told me since it was a scratch and dent item no guarantee the hardware would make it. I understand about scratch and dent items, but I don't understand the haphazard way it was packaged which almost guaranteed the hardware package would be damaged and lost. I'd send you a picture of how it arrived, but can't seem to attach it to this email.

The product itself was great. Missing parts means the product can not be used - poor quality control Customer service can not resolve this to date and overall has been very poor

Disappointment. Ever bought a car and then had that sick feeling at the bottom of your stomach that maybe you made a mistake?…tat’s my experience with Titan and pallet.com….and,of course, the product is made in China. Oh well, so long as US retailers and US corporations get theirs, that’s all that matters.

Called before ordering and was told fork attachment would work with my tractor. Upon arrival I noticed it did not fit as the holes where the carriage locks in are off by 1.5”. Been calling for three weeks and someone always answers after 5-10mins on hold but then says they have to transfer me to another department and I’ve been left on hold for as long as 45mins. Be cautious

I order a cutting blade that ended up not fitting my bucket. The return process has been agonizingly slow. It’s been over a week since I reached out and I have not heard anything back yet.

Ordered, and paid for, a hay spear assembly with a 43" main spear. Received a hay spear assembly with a 37 1/2" main spear. Waiting for Titan to determine what will be done.

I received my rake . I was missing specific hard ware parts. Contacted customer service and provided specific information ie. part, dimensions and quantity as outlined in the manual and instruction brochure. Subsequently received 32 bolts, washers and nuts which I had already received. I went out to tractor supply and purchased what I could and made the rest. I’m not pleased with the response nor am I pleased that I had to purchase 30.00 worth of product that I should have received. Never got what I asked for.
