My item never shipped and I have to wait 7 business days to file a claim. I cannot rate the product but so far the customer service has been terrible.

Order #1813644702 To begin with, since I haven't received everything (pull up bars, lateral supports and assembly hardware), I can't say much about that. The 4 posts are pretty, though. What I will comment on are the following: An E=mail informing we what wasn't being shipped as well as an estimate would have been nice, as my Army son was in town to assist me and we started to assemble the uprights, well, until we realized that wasn't possible. Neither your specifics page nor the photos indicate the number of bolt down holes or the size of the bolts required. Your foreign customer service phone guy didn't know but checked and told me they were 3/8" bolts. Was he correct because 3/8 seemed loose and a 1/2 " bolt fits better. I learned this after purchasing 3/8" bolts, washers, split washers and nuts and having to return them all. When I ordered the rack, all the racks said "back ordered" except the blue powder coat which said "low supplies." Thus I spent the extra $40 hoping to get earlier delivery. Silly me, I should have just gotten the black ones and saved the $40. I'm sure once the remaining parts arrive and I'm able to find someone to help me assemble the set it'll be just as good as the reviews by the YouTube content creators have said, but till then, well, who knows. If the star rating above is low, it's because of the above comments and not the performance of the rack. I won't answer as to the "Was delivery on time" as it hasn't been delivered and the "how long did it take" question is still up in the air.

My product was not as expected and defective. I have bought from titan several times in the past( ssb, Swiss bar, leg ext/curl machine etc) and have had no issues. But the return of this product apparently requires video and days/weeks of review to ensure I actually did receive a faulty product? Not the best customer service in my opinion

The Bicep/tricep machine didnt come with operating instructions, I did call and rep gave wrong info on how to use tricep side. I had to go on line and look at videos from a similair brand who had same type of machine. ALSO A square PLASTIC CAP was missing from top of rotary area and was told not in stock and would get back to me regards.

First order was lost by Fedex. Second order was also lost by Fedex but eventually delivered late and arrived missing small parts. I was able to find suitable replacements at a hardware store. The product was otherwise pretty good.

My equipment is okay; seems the bars are not perfectly lined up so a little wobbly. But the price was on point and love the color. Shipping was fast too!

Box came damaged with Scratches And chipped paint on product . Very disappointed on the row’s hinge. it is just two bolts that don’t work together. The instructions are very poor. Instructions don’t show Itemize pieces, but rather just one drawing labeled instructions. I cannot tell if there is supposed to be a hinge or it’s just these two bolts.

Overall the unit is pretty well built. The box got delivered pretty destroyed during transit. When you bounce between pull ups and dips the unit shifts about a quarter inch. The handle for the push ups on the bottom is suppose to fit through out the holes in the legs of the frame, but it doesn’t fit in the holes. Customer service is still trying to figure it out. Overall for the price I would reconsider buying and look at other options.

I've had a very poor experience with Titan. I ordered a few different things, one item came damaged with paint chipped away. The main item I had ordered is the X-3 series rack. The item was shipped in 4 different packages with 4 different tracking numbers. Only 3/4 of my rack arrived. The 4th is now missing, after calling both FedEx and Titan, neither want to accept responsibility. Titan said they will send the replacements, but have to wait until they receive their missing product back. I'm heading into 3 weeks before I receive my product and Titan has offered nothing to remedy the situation. For the time being I have a metal scrapyard in my garage. From what I actually received that is functional the quality is good and the items were sent out quickly from the time I ordered.

I’m still waiting to hear back about the warranty or return process for a barbell plate holder. It came with all pieces intact, except for one of the pieces of metal need to be drilled all the way through. I’m still waiting for a response. I know you guys are really busy.

Was excited to get these, but was not satisfied with the coating on it, its very slipery hardly any grip on the bars. The bottom aswell, so they slide, even on my gym rubber matts. Ill have to use grip tape for the handle and bottom so its more secured. Didn't want the hassle of returning it, but still up in the air about it.

I gave this a 2 star rating because the back hyperextension is too big for me (5'3"). At equipment's lowest setting it hits me above my hips, close to my belly button. I need to find some kind of padding to I can place my feet flat and have the top of the hyperextension padding hit me in the right spot. Please make equipment that don't just fit men, but also works well for smaller women.

It’s not very sturdy. I can push it just a little from the top and tips over if I have wall balls on the top 2-3 racks. And the wall balls I bought (from Fray) don’t even fit it very well, especially the bottom slot. I just assumed a standard wall ball would fit in this stand.

The boxes on both deliveries were torn open. Need to package items better or make sure whoever is delivering needs to be more careful. Good thing these items were not fragile.

I ordered the three tier dumbbell rack. It arrived in two days which was great. Unfortunately, the shipping box was torn open with part of the rack hanging out. Once I opened the box, the rack itself was dented in one area and there were numerous deep scratches on the trays and legs. It still works just fine and I'm still going to keep it, I just wish it had arrived in better condition.

Bar received with several scratches and blemishes. Obviously previously installed. Other than that, nicely build equipment and it came with appropriately sized lag bolts (some online reviews say it does not). Would’ve a great purchase if not for the bar that was sent.
