“Solid rack especially given the price. Debated between this and several other racks, and glad I went with Titan. Solid rack that will handle more than I can throw at it. Color scheme is fun too. Packaging and shipping was done well (nothing damaged or missing). Thought it would come with assembly instructions, but those are online and easy to put together (a couple hours max). Would recommend especially for those with low ceilings.”

“Quality is wonderful on everything. I was especially impressed by the jhooks and safety bars which are heavy duty beyond anything ive seen anywhere. My only gripe is that a lot of the products dont have a paper manual and the QR code instructions are hit or miss. T3 power rack instructions for example are wrong (more in my review)”

“The shipping was incredibly fast. I can’t believe it was even possible, the quality of everything was pretty decent there where some chips in the powder coat but I bought the shipping warranty so they took care of it but overall I’d buy it again and will be telling people to go with titan”

“Good peice of equipment. It could be smaller though. Shipping boxes and packaging could be better. Original one and replacement had damage. I was able to make a complete one from the 2 units.”

“We just recently ordered a plate loaded functional trainer for our facility. I was having trouble checking out online so I called and spoke to a representitive and he made it very easy to make my purchase. The equipment arrived very quickly! The only problem was that it did not come with instructions. After searching online I was able to download them and assemble it.”

“Awesome quality equipment! Really happy with my purchase and experience with Titan. I have ordered from them before, which is why I came back again. Quality is great and prices are reasonable. When assembling my GHD we noticed one bolt was missing. It was meant to secure a wheel/roller to the leg so the machine can be more easily moved around so it wasn’t to big a deal but it was a bit of a bummer, like the absent last piece of a puzzle.”

“I'm happy with these. The only downside seems to be the supplied screws - a colleague told me to go to the hardware store and get stainless steel screws to use instead of the supplied screws. That has turned out to be a good suggestion. But there were 4 screws in the product as delivered, the screws that hold the 5/8" top to the top plate of the box. And, lo and behold, three of those 4 screws are already stripped on my 16" box, which is the one I use the most. Titan is great about warranty things - they've already sent me a replacement 16" box which I havent' assembled yet, but when I do, I'll be removing those 4 screws and replacing them with stainless steel screws.”

“Titan fitness seems to offer great value for much sought after gym equipment. They make it possible for average consumer to get products comparable to what you would find in a commercial gym for your home. Dealing with the customer service team was easy, although there was some lag in response times and real-time help was difficult. Despite that the customer service team genuinely seems to have the w best interest and willing to work toward agreeable solutions to issues.”
