“The product actually arrived in good condition, you should have a discussion with FedEx though. For two days it said it was on the truck and it wouldn’t be delivered on the third day I called them and they said they can’t deliver it until they repackage the product because of damage.”

“Bought set of 3/8 ar500 steel targets the price was good, but shipping took forever and also the holes for mounting are round, would be nice to have squares for carage bolts.”

“I ordered a deer hoist. When it came the bow was extremely damaged and through one of the holes the bag of hardware to put it together was missing. I called Titan and informed them of the problem. The call taker made an action ticket and said it would be forwarded up the chain. I got an email from Kevin Ferenze stating that he was reordering another hoist and I should get it 3-5 business days. This email was also followed up with another email from Jonas stating the same. I received the new ramp in short order. All the parts were included. I am totally satisfied with the responses from the titan reps. A-1 service. Thankyou”

“This item fits 2019 Honda Recon 250 ATV perfectly. Mounting is easy although mounting instructions were not easy. I had to ignore the instructions and figure it out myself.”
