“Very poor assembly instructions. Blurry black and white. Poorly written. I called and was on hold for half an hour, then referred to a video made by a competitor! The competitor's video was very good and showed clearly what the written instructions failed to show. Maybe I should have bought from the competitor!”

“The carrier is good quality. I would suggest that the height that it works at be clarified. I drive a 3/4 ton truck and it is too high for the carrier to work properly. I will have to build or purchase a long enough ramp to make it work. I didn’t know this before purchasing. I didn’t think to ask that question. Maybe that should be included in the description. I would still recommend this carrier, as long as it will be attached to a car or minivan.”

“No instructions on how to put together. Most people would have issues putting it together. Fits nice in my 2014 F150 with a 6.5' bed. Still can't close the tailgate with my 2022 Polaris 570 Touring in it but it's close. And I do have a bunch more space.”

“I felt the communication between Titan and the client was good. The package was 2 days later than the expected date. This was the delivery company, not Titan. Titan shipped it off very quickly. The box was VERY secured. Nothing was going to fall out. The ramps were what was shown. Lightweight and easy to load in my van. I have a Toyota Sienna XLE Limited, and I purchased the 4' ramps, mainly because everything I read stated this would be a good size. I am not riding it into my van, but if I were, the incline would be to steep. This is a great size to fit nicely when folded. The handle on the side is very convenient. I still may find something to help it get my electric mobility scooter in and out over the dip by the hatch door in the back. Maybe something about a foot.”

“I was very disappointed in my cargo baskets. I purchased the set of front and rear baskets to put on my 2015 and 2016 Honda Ranchers. Neither basket fits on either ATV with the main brackets, all the holes are drilled right over the rack bars. Then trying to use the alternate method is danged near impossible, since its so hard to get your hand under the rack to attach the nut to the bolt. I had to get different bolts since these were too long and hit the frame of the 4-wheeler. The brackets are poor quality and just bend when you tighten the bolts. The quality of these baskets is much lower than the previous brand I bought, that basket has to weigh around double this basket, just has much heavier gauge metal and more reinforcements.”

“Ramp works exactly like I was hoping it would. Due to the way my steps are configured and my walk having both downhill and cross slope the ramp would rest on the bottom step resulting in the bottom edge sitting high by 2-1/2 to 3". I placed a 6x6x36 piece of lumber under the top section at the hinge and that allowed the bottom section to contact the ground - without creating excessive slope on the bottom section. Very solid taking wheelchair up and down the ramp, and much easier than pulling it up each individual step!”

“Contacted Titan prior to order shipping. Got the run around with the person on the other end. The person finally told me they would cancel the order. Four hours later, notified by FEDEX my order had been picked up. I called FEDEX and told them I would not accept the package and they might as well return to the originator. I have not received the package, and will not accept the package if it arrives. I will never do any business with this company and must state - BUYER BEWARE - this company will do anything to rip you off.”

Hi Donny, thank you for the review and I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had a chance to check and due to fast turn around times, most changes cannot be change or cancelled once they are placed; except for orders for items on Back Order or for orders that needs verification. Your request to cancel the order was received via phone call 24 hours after the order was placed. Once an order for an in stock are sent immediately to our warehouse team for processing and to eliminate clerical errors on orders, they are processed as soon as it has been received with the information attached to them; My apologies again as our warehouse team cannot make changes to the orders and the only option would be to reroute the shipment back via a carrier request. I can see however that a return order has been processed and a refund will be issued once it has been received.

“Ramp seems sturdy and well-made, although I haven’t used it yet. The width and the length are really nice and helpful for my planned usage. Fast shipping. Easy, quick transaction. Only slight cosmetic damage (chipped/scratched paint) caused by it’s shipping journey, which isn’t at all the seller’s fault. That will happen anyway the first time you drive anything on it. It’s a piece of equipment, not an art installation in a museum.”
