AFTER 4 DAYS OF SPEAKING TO 3 PEOPLE AT TITAN, SENDING 3 CLEAR PHOTOS OF YOUR DEFECTIVE UNIT TO YOUR PEOPLE, NOT ABLE TO USE THIS DEFECTIVE UNIT FOR SAFETY REASONS, AND WAITING FOR A RESPONSE TO GET MY MONEY BACK, I FINALLY GET THE EMAIL BELOW. “Gonna be blatantly honest here. The ramps seem solid, but the aluminum welds are really poor and ugly on spots on both ramps. Still black soot from the process is on both ramps. The box was pretty much beaten up once it got to me. The price is right, but the rest needs improvement.”

“I purchased a 9.5ft ramp with rails. I got 2 rails no ramp. You are more concerned about getting your rails back then to ship me a ramp. The error is your mistake but I’m paying the price for your mistake.”
