“Ordered it on Friday right after lunch and paid $10 to get it in three business days. Thought Friday was a business day, but it wasn’t processed until Monday.”

“While the product is well made, the schematic for assembly rates no higher than a single or at best a double star. Enlarging it also does not help. In particular, I refer to the identification of the bolts as not all customers appreciate the differences between size numbers and the actual bolts. Further, not all locations for bolts are shown or reflected on the diagram.”

“Well built, needs a slot for a pin on the 2 sections of the ramp that doesn't have the hinges on. When opening that section separates 2-4 inches wider,pinning it keeps it in line with the rest of the ramp.”

“These ramps are well designed and well made for enabling us to move a mobility scooter into and out of our SUV. They are light enough to be handled by this octogenarian. The only difficulty is binding between the motor housing and one side rail. We believe that we can solve that problem. The other problem is devising a way to secure the ramp so that it will not slide away from the SUV when unloading the ramp. We believe that the tie downs that we have bought will solve that problem. A second hole opposite the hole in the top end of the ramp would be helpful as a connection point for the tie down hook. We highly recommend these ramps.”
