“I'd been looking for a decent set of ramps for quite some time. I just happened to find Titan on the internet. My order was sent out quickly, but when it arrived there was a section missing. This problem was quickly resolved by customer support... the other section was coming from a different location and would be delivered in a couple of days. I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but I'm sure they will do a great job getting my 1000 lb Harley onto my trailer.”

“The mobility scooter ramp I ordered from you is a quality product and I'm very happy with it. However, the first one you shipped me only had the ramp and not the other metal pieces, fasteners, etc. required for assembly. Rather than send me the missing hardware, you sent another whole kit. I was told to return the first ramp in the new (second) ramp box. That box arrived all ripped up (an email from the carrier informed me it might be late because the box and shipping information had been pretty well torn up). I am now returning that first ramp in a badly battered box and hope it gets back to you OK. What a hassle this has made for me!”

“The item is very light considering its size, but seems to be sturdy too. The only real issue I had was the instructions. They’re extremely vague and difficult to follow. There’s no mention of the bracing bars or brackets needing to be moved or placed on the existing rack wherever they best fit. The drawing makes it look like they’re supposed to go in specific places, but that is not the case. It was only after some trial and error that I was able to determine how best to attach mine. But now that it’s on I am very happy with it, and it’s proven very useful.”

“Very solid. However it loses 1 star because it was difficult to get the basket to line up to bracket. I had to hammer it in place with a soft mallet.”

“We downsized my wife's vehicle due to rising gas prices. She still enjoys taking the kids to different places, so since she has a receiver hitch. This allows her to have that little bit extra room that we lost with her bigger vehicle. The price was right too.”
