I placed my original order for a 7 foot ramp and it was canceled without otherwise notifying me and I would have just liked to order the 6 foot ramp which has become a whole thing. And here it is 3 weeks later and I still haven't received my refund which didn't need to be a full refund. Because I was already gonna reorder something

They say easy returns up to 30 days. I can't get a return form from them. Plus the restocking fee is nuts. I'll never buy a thing from them again.... Buyers beware!!!

dog has terrible time climbing the slipper plastic ramp. installed grip tape on ramp to give traction, haven't tried it yet but hoping............grating on other side might have been a better idea but too much trouble to turn end pieces around!!

Received atv rear rack in a timely manner. Looks like before it shipped the expanded metal was damaged and then welded, were it was broke then shipped. Very crappy repair and it wasn't repainted where they did the repairs.

The Titan 10' 4-Beam Folding Arch Ramp is arched at different levels and does not match up leaving gaps on both sides between the three ramps positioning your wheels and feet at different levels. The pictures do not depict this, rather the photos make it appear they are arched at the same angle and level with one another which would be much better and safer. The customer service gave me conflicting info on the phone call and with their email response, however, was polite and said I could return the ramps for a refund. I am currently considering that while I look at other options. Otherwise, the ramps are well made, priced fairly and arrive quickly.

Good product but it could not of been anymore wrong for installation on my 2012 grizzly.I had to buy metal ,drill holes ,weld nuts on,your braces needed to be longer,they lined up exactly on my existing rack.

We purchased the rear drop basket for my 2022 Honda 420 Rancher. The product is excellent quality. The reason for the 2/5 is because the instructions are very difficult to understand. I phoned Titan hoping they had a "video" I could follow. They did not and there wasn't one on Youtube. I called back the following day asking if they had a compatibility list because this basket I'm assuming was not meant for a newer quad. They did not have a compatibility sheet. We did keep the basket however, my husband "rigged" it to our quad which was not even close to their provided instructions. Very frustrated with the lack of references available to the consumer, especially since this is not an inexpensive item. Side note: When talking to their customer service reps, they all were very efficient and nice.

The surface of the ramp is plastic and is slippery and provides no grip. The telescoping feature is great making the item compact and light weight. Overall this item will not work for our dog.

The drop basket arrived with the cardboard shipping box undamaged. However, the portion of the unit that bolts to the ATV rack, shipped inside the drop basket and is held in place by two cable locks had one cable lock broken. As a result, the interior surfaces of the drop basket were badly scratched. Also, there was a significant amount of small sand-like particles inside the shipping box. It appeared as if a handful of factory floor sweepings ended up in the box. The unit needed some repainting before I installed it. I am mostly satisfied with the unit but disappointed in its condition upon arrival.

your rear drop basket is too light and flimsy. it needs 2 more braces at the bottom of the basket. I am a welder and can repair it and fix it myself. no one should have to work on a brand-new product just so it will be strong enough to stand up under the advertised workload.

Ordered 2 units. Very poorly packaged. Internal packing structure demolished. One was so badly damaged, needed to be replaced. Must rework the other one to ensure proper function of the pivoting feature. Good idea,poor execution.

Package came on time and communication good but box was damaged on arrival.(straps had cut thru narrow side and 6-8" up long sides). Parts were strewn all over in box. Took a long time to find everything. Washers were imbedded in cardboard and had to be dug out. Ended up short 2 lockwashers. Registation sheet with url to instruction was tour up from everything sliding. Eventually i was able to get all found and put together but it was concerning the quality of the packaging.

Packaging was ineffective at preventing damage to ramps - very minor but I can assume there are worse cases than my limited damage. Suggest additional padding at corners of the packaging. Weight ratings seem optimistic, rolling my 450 lb motorcycle onto the 750 lb-rated middle ramp was concerning. It appears to already have been overloaded to the point of passing yield strength with minor deformation. Suggest using safety factor of 2-3x's the anticipated load, same as structural engineer would require. Lastly - it would be nice to include some type of clamping mechanism to hold the 3-piece ramp sections together (bolts, quick-release clamps, etc).

Fast shipping but has a huge bend/caved in spot in it and the box isn’t dented so this out to of shipped out like this.

One of the connectors (a welded on nut) is not there and the frame had to be modified to make the leg connect. Quality control really missed this one.
