“Hey guys, the phone service was great and very helpful, however the trusses that I bought - some of the holes in the spigots that the pins go into, are too small and get jammed. Therefore I cannot get them back to 1m lengths as the pins are jammed into the locks. It is too much of a mission for me to get to your warehouse to swap them all over but just thought you should know.”

Hi Brittany, Thanks for leaving feedback. Mini truss is intended for rigging use and is a rigid structure. All the parts fit together very tightly and because of this you will need to use a hammer to assemble and disassemble the product.
