“Terrible product. After corresponding with the company about why it is impossible to mount a projector in a fixed position using this wobbly projector mount, I had a look at the design and it seems like a projector ceiling mount has just been added to a wobbly truss clamp and hoped the best that it would work ok. We now have 2 projector mounts that we will never use again because it is impossible to get the projector to remain pointed in the required direction and tilt angle.”

“"I met theresachin recovery group through a recommendation from my DCI brother-in-law. He had seen me go through thick and thin to get the funds snatched away in seconds by a lazy fraudulent "company", called Algoforex. He went through his police forensics and records until he came up with one final name, theresachin recovery group, who is the top-ranked in terms of feedback and reviews after tackling recovery cases. This was reassuring but I couldn't help holding a delay before I reached out to them, I emailed and call/whatsapp them on theresachin1212(AT)GMAIL(DOT)COM and WhatsApp: (PLUS)1 (234) 300‑1544. We are talking about $854,550 at stake so to a 29-year-old, that was a lot of money. This just didn't seem possible, at least from my previous experiences. When I said I screamed when I received a bank notification of a deposit of $854,550 it's because I did. In case you are going through an issue concerning your funds maybe in crypto or cash fraud, just try them out and maybe your testimony will be someone else's redemption."”

“Titan AV are a pleasure to deal with. The three parcels for my latest order arrived much quicker than I had expected. However, unfortunately the packaging for the SKU: NC-SP-2UDR 2U Rack Drawer, 350mm Deep was damaged in transit in the right front bottom corner. When the unit was unpacked, the rack mounting "ear" in the right front bottom corner was found to be bent out of shape near the mounting hole, cracking the paint and making it awkward to mount in a 19" rack and open the drawer. The package was probably dropped or mishandled in transit and the weight of the unit (quite heavy) on this point of contact with another hard surface has caused the damage. The metal rack mounting needed to be and straightened out or maybe there was something else which could be done to rectify the matter. I reported this to TitanAV and they responded: "This does happen from time to time with 3rd party courier companies. We have two options for this situation: 1. If you think the drawer is still usable and you can bend the rack back into place, I can offer you a $25 refund on this product. 2. We can arrange to get the item back and replace it with a new drawer for you. Please let me know which option you'd prefer and I'll get that sorted for you." After putting their repair suggestion into action very carefully with a padded hammer, judicious use of a black texta and a bit of phernudging/lube on the drawer tracks, it's with great pleasure that I report it's now FIXED...well kind of! So, rather than returning it, I accepted their very generous offer of a $25 refund on this product. That is excellent Customer Service and I can now put a red line through the issue with confidence!”

“Our experience of the service at Titan AV has been excellent. We purchased a case at the end of financial year when demand was high due to the generous deals available. The exact product we wanted was not available, but Titan AV were prepared to do a great deal on the slightly larger case. We're so happy with the case we purchased. “Tv brack. Great value and suited my 65" tv perfectly. Only criticism, the spirit level isn't accurate. But i've learned this about other TV brackets as well. Pro now and got a 2nd option via laser and regular spirit level :)”
