“All good things to say about VFM and the buying experience. Priced well, smooth sending service. However, I'd say that their use of Toll Logistics for deliveries means that their estimated delivery times are woefully inaccurate, as the tracking email from VFM reports Toll's 'initial' estimated delivery date. Item arrived 3 business days after the initial email, which was a little disappointing.”

“Very quick responses to order email & question email. Great dealing with VFM. Headset & Lapel Mic. is great & in very handy, lightweight, carry case. Headset is a little big for me but I think I can maybe ‘re-shape’ that. TOLL Delivery service however sent several emails & several texts, (many duplicated), & failed to deliver my item on 2 occasions - one of which we were definitely home.”
