“Rubbish service rubbish product waste of money.”

“Terrible product. After corresponding with the company about why it is impossible to mount a projector in a fixed position using this wobbly projector mount, I had a look at the design and it seems like a projector ceiling mount has just been added to a wobbly truss clamp and hoped the best that it would work ok. We now have 2 projector mounts that we will never use again because it is impossible to get the projector to remain pointed in the required direction and tilt angle.”

Hi Kristan, thanks for taking the time to drop us a review and sorry to hear you haven't received your item yet. I have chased this up for you and sent you an email with some info from the courier company.

“I placed 2 orders with you a few days apart. The first order arrived but with the contents of the second order. I have been trying to track down the second order hopefully with the contents of the first order. Last tracking attempt with AUSPOST states that the item is in WA at Waverton ?? I telephoned your office, there was an email reply but since then there has been no follow up by you. I would never use your company again and certainly never recommend you. A full refund of the missing order would be appreciated and you can request a redirection of the missing item.”

“If you live in Perth, I would now not recommend buying from VFM. I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still don’t have the item. I know they will use the “COVID Delay” reason but I don’t think that applies in March 2021.”

“Ive bought a RU8 rack flight case, The case on the out side looks professionally done. The Rack itself appease to be only for light weight equipment. The screws to mount equipment to the back were too short. GVF makes the assumption that it is only for thinner tope of equipment. I was advised to buy my own. 2nd) the front rack wholes to fit in the nuts to attach the equipment and the back proportion are not aligned. In case the wholes to mount the rear of the equipment is at least displaced by 5mill meter. I can not secure the back of the equipment to the rack. This experience, was quite disappointing, whereas up and until recently I was quite happy with GFMs service.. cheers Abhay”

“received item but it’s not suitable for what we wanted it for, sent email to sales team requesting a RMA number as per instruction from person via phone over a week ago and have not yet receive number or been contacted by sales team, even though I received a automatic email stating I would be contacted within 24hrs.”
