“Titan don't know that we have bought two of their products one through our local Music store and the other online. The 1st was the TF1 Road case which we are very happy with. It is a bit large and heavy but it does the job well. the second was the conversion guitar jack to XLR male and Vise versa to XLR female. they are so far working well. We have been asked to do the audio for the ANZAC celebrations for Wauchope RSL we have run them through my full band set up and everything seems to be working fine. SO far so good we are happy with the service and prompt delivery of the products we have bought to date. Thank you Titan. Regards Cheryl Hall and the Wisemen band.”

“Tv brack. Great value and suited my 65" tv perfectly. Only criticism, the spirit level isn't accurate. But i've learned this about other TV brackets as well. Pro now and got a 2nd option via laser and regular spirit level :)”

“TitanAV 4U Fly Rack Great Product from a Great Brand, we orded a 4U Fly Rack thinking it would be a flat pack, huge bounus it was built already. Sturdy but light and very solid, very impressive. Only comment is the side wood ends could have been thicker maybe twice as, not a deal breaker or that this would have made it more rugged, just a look thing? All in all very happy, a work of art.”

“Costs of Shipping & Handling fees to Perth could be handled better before checkout. Packing should be packed better as the thin cupboard cannot handle the weight of the open frame rack within and abuse of couriers. Luckily no parts were missing. Bubble wrap or shrink wrap will be a nice touch. Otherwise a pretty good experience.”

Thanks for your feedback Tj. I have passed this onto our operations department. We use a thinner, recycled cardboard for our packaging to bring the cost of the product down.

“Bought the av foam panels to actually line a camper to get away from the cold steel. Once the salesperson got their head around where they were going all travelled smoothly Delivery was fast and pricing quite reasonable I thought.”
