“Always kept appraised on details...have some queries of concern which I need2address with yrselves but am sure u will b able2assist&resolve such!!...av faith in u4this!!please note am housebound disabled with depressive problems so need help2deal with matters/takes longer4me2deal with myself!! “Been shopping with TJC for some years, always found customer service good. Admittedly the really cheap jewellery is not good & I've had stones fall out ect ect. You have to pay for a guarantee which is a bit unfair, however on the whole it's a great company. Would recommend.”

“I was very unhappy to be charged £6.95 postage costs for two small (same items). Apart from the fact that when I was paying for the items it appeared to be showing no postage, I felt that £6.95 was extortionate. Previously you have always shown that P and P is set at £3.95 per day and I assumed this was still the case. When I queried this with the customer service agent that I spoke with, she quoted the different postal costs which now apparently apply. This is not shown clearly on your tv programme and I feel that it should be. The agent I spoke to explained the postage costs to me and in fairness did refund half the postage to me because I had contacted you. I have to say that this has 'tarnished' my view of TJC and I do not feel that I will shop with yourselves again.”

“Customer service always excellent! Value is not as good as before though! Management, keep an eye on pricing especially handbags. QVC’s price and quality are better when on sale. Buyers, please stop buying cheap useless dust collectors as it would only make your good jewellery look cheap. Presenters, please stop using nice and lovely as it’s meaningless. Be more informative. Info like percentage of material especially clothing are vital and even thickness of sole is important for making decisions. Put all the info of the product at the first 5 minutes. It will help viewers to make decisions as well as easy editing clips for website. Producers, stop putting clips of unrelated items while the ‘real’ item is on show. It’s extremely confusing especially when the presenter was commenting the real item.”

“Have purchased things on line line auctions and then lots of times they have been cancelled and then not refunded. I However the items I have purchased that they did honour have been of good value and quality.have then had to chase customer services months after when I realised I had nor been refunded. The items they say were out of stock, but then they are selling on the main clearance section??? Not good in that respect.”
