“Telephoned yesterday to customer service as I had received only 2 items. There was a leaflet inside but no invoice, found this upsetting and your representative was very unhelpful. Said I would the rest of the items with the invoice today but this did not happen Very disappointed and I pay file the Premium Service which I am not receiving. Pkease can you email the invoice today Regards A long standing member of TJC”

“I have always received good service from TJC and all the staff I hav spoken to have been more than helpful. Only 1 Tim which I received and haven't bothered to return but will give it away if 5 Seasons Oil which is described as essential oil and this is most definately not possibly it contains a very low dose of essential oils but I am an Aromatherapist and thought when the oil was being promoted on Channel 50 this is too cheap but I listened and was taken in but hard luck I should have known better. To say 99 % of what I have bought over 6 or 7 years has been great”

“I returned a ring that had been damaged enroute;a beautiful mystic turquoise that I paid only £22 in the Auction.I would have dearly loved a replacement but all I got was £5 refund!!! This is not good PR and please send me the ring.I loved it (size M). Usually quick service and I have been a TJC customer for many many years.”

“Almost everything I have bought has been of very good quality, and price. If I have had a problem with anything, your customer service have replaced or refunded an item straight away. They are very polite, helpful and friendly, and I would not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone.”
