I am disappointed with the way I was treated, I have ordered an item and after few days,I contacted your company and I was told that the order was canceled. very disappointed. Specifically the item was under offer.

You keep promising to send out a return label,which hasn't happened+what u sent me was meant for my sis birthday so that was a big let diw😭

On my experience the items purchased were not good value. I would not buy jewellery again.

I was very very disapointed this morning not directly with tjc .My putchsse from tjc eas left behind a bin apparantly it was delivered yesterday. the only reason I knew it was there cos I phoned tjc this morning to.see where my item was .The customer service operator said in there computer it was down as delivered yesterday .When I went to check outside my door the parcel.was stuffed behind a bin..There was no.note through my door informing me that the parcel.was delivered yesterday. Amy parcel. Could have been taken and I would not have known. TJC need to.inform.the courier ervices to either leave the parcel.with a neighbour or re deliver on an agreed day and time. I had no knowledge of when my oarcel.was going to be delivered. If I had I could have arranged to.be st home Please have a word with your couriers as this incident highlights issues that should never happen

Once again aftercare service let's them down badly. Waiting over a week for returns label to return faulty item .Still not received Stopped ordering because of similar problem a year or so ago which Christmas took ages to resolve. Think will stick to gemporia their total service is excellent.

Deliveries on TJC+ at the moment are totally different from the promises, taking in the most part anywhere between one and three weeks. What other customers might not be aware of is, if the monthly charge of £7.99 is set up online, then this amount is automatically added to your credit/debit card on a monthly basis, a fact which the customer is not made aware, sharp practice TJC.

I returned a ring that had been damaged enroute;a beautiful mystic turquoise that I paid only £22 in the Auction.I would have dearly loved a replacement but all I got was £5 refund!!! This is not good PR and please send me the ring.I loved it (size M). Usually quick service and I have been a TJC customer for many many years.

TJC IS RESONABLE AT DELIVERING SMALL ITEMS BUT WHEN IT COMES TO DELIVERING LARGE ITEMS IT IS VERY POOR.

Lately items are of poor standard wrong items are sent, as a TJC Plus customer parcels are not arriving next day but 4 to 5 days or more .I am paying for a service that is not being given Having to return most things which works out expensive. if items are large or heavy

Rang to see where my delivery was and was informed that it would be dispatched today then get email saying problem with delivery maybe be another 5 days not good service

First of all I was sent tracking information which was incorrect and lastly I ordered 3 rings of the same size and one of them was a smaller ring size.

Your site says to contact you after paying to resize the ring which I did and never took place. The Ruby ring that I ordered, the middle stone has a cut at the middle which is visible, so I contact customer service right away and I was promised to receive a return envelope which I never received. I called again and the gentleman got my address and promised he is going to send me a return address. I think it was two days ago. I hate the sentence, "I am so sorry" and on the other hand you don't help. I paid you and you delivered a ring that has a fault and it is your responsibility to at lease send me the envelop and exchange it properly. I paid £1.00 more for next day delivery and I got it late and I can understand because of Covid, however change your website. I don't know where the product comes from, just change everything on your site. I really don't care if it will take 15 days, but I want honest so I don't worry. Your people are fine, but I was promised without delivery. Where is the envelope? Now it is 18.05.2021. Life is becoming very difficult if we don't trust your words. We are busy and have thousands things to do. The point is, you want your customers to trust you and to return. I love to do that and I love jewelry, however you have deliver proper product and exchange it if something is wrong.
