“When something goes awry, which is not at all often, TJC listens and puts it right. Deliveries are quick and efficient and very rarely is it necessary to return an item but when that happens a replacement is sent immediately”

“Not impressed with customer service, they do not listen and tend to talk over you. Returned 2 pairs of shoes only refunded for one. Both in same parcel but informed only one received”

“Beautiful ring as described. The size was 1 and 1/2 sizes bigger than advertised. However I have had it made smaller and I love it.”

“I have bought many items from tjc over the years. A few occasions I wanted to cancel the order with tjc it is not possible to cancel your order if you change your mind after you placed an order. Furthermore, there should be a free return service for the item purchased. It is difficult to get in touch with tjc with the customers service by phone unless you want to place an order.”

“customer service great , delivery great , Quality control can be somewhat haphazard . ie 1 chain received had parts unattached and therefore faulty yet had been signed by QC .”

“I have been pleased with most of the things I have purchased from TJC. My biggest gripe would be the postage costs for small, lightweight items. Prompt postage, good website and reasonable prices. Wide choice of designs.”
