“The jacket is warm which I’m very happy about, however, trying to zip up the jacket is terrible. The teeth don’t seem to align properly making it extremely difficult to zip up. I’m sure there are better jackets out there. Delivery time was terrible. Expensive jacket, I wouldn’t recommend.”

“Prepping for a week-long mountain camp on the west coast of NZ's South Island, for early June. My first port of call was to the team at Tom's Outdoors. And I can't recommend the team highly enough. We worked up a plan, made the gear list, and the team came up with some options for some of the items. We had to wait for some gear to come into stock, and we ordered some other gear but it was all seamless. Their experience made the gear choices easy, right down to sizing and specs for the conditions. We are yet to test the gear, and the weather will be what it is. The team are so friendly, efficient, and most importantly, they use the gear and speak to you from experience. Awesome crew to work with, thanks Chris, Dom and team.”
