“The service I've received from Tom's Outdoors to date is great. They have a large range of items that aren't always available on the Australian market at other outlets. Good pricing, prompt shipping including a good returns policy really complete the overall package in my mind.”

“I think I was first customer of the day. Staying at the local caravan park had me ready to go as the store opened at 9. I was after Fjallraven pants and, not wanting to shell out big money online, trying before buying was important. After conversing with Chris about my options I tried the Vida Pro. Bingo. Great fit and the first pair tried were it. Thanks Chris for your help and subsequent conversation. I’ll be back.”

“I like your store, but why does the coupon have such a short expiry date? The feedback a customer provides can be invaluable. Also, I think most responsible lovers of the outdoors wouldn't be buying new gear every 60 days. So first point of feedback is to reconsider what feedback from your customers is worth and reward them without imposing such unnecessarily tight timelines on them.”
