“this is just a scam please don't spend any money on their website not recommended at all it is a website to be avoided at all costs”

“This is just a scam site. Don't spend money here. I spent $40 on a product plus $8 in shipping and they sent me something completely different that was worth maybe $1. I opened a PayPal dispute and spent some time arguing with the seller and they only ended up offering a $26 refund. After escalating the dispute, PayPal closed the case in my favor and I got a full refund through them. If I wouldn't have used PayPal, I wouldn't have been refunded at all.”

“Terrible experience with this place. A great looking deal on Yahoo Ads so maybe now can't trust Yahoo either. Ordered 3 weeks ago and numerous email inquiries regarding shipment and still nothing. I am reporting FRAUD at PayPal and demanding a full refund. Wish I could bill them for wasted time and energy. Of course, I wished I found this reviews website to begin with. Would not order had I known. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with these Made in China POS.”

“Worst experience I ever had Bought item broken they refused to replace stating item not made any longer which is a lie Then ask for repair quote when that was too much they refused to pay that. These guys are dirtbags”

“Sons birthday present has been delivered wrong, I have not received this. Tomtop refusing to replace or refund. They asked me to prove I hadn't received it - how do you do that? Awful customer service, feel like i've been robbed”

“Received the battery mini chainsaw. One battery is defective but they refused to replace even though the battery/product is still under warranty. They kept asking me to send a video, just a fob off. Will report the organisation as they are in contravention of the consumer sale of goods act. Terrible organisation, do not buy from them.”
