“I bought 3 electric scooters from them for Christmas presents for my children one was delivered with a broken light which they did send a replacement part and another worked for about 3 days and just stopped working I've sent them 20 emails with ridiculous responses I'm not a mechanic and dont no half of the things they are asking me to find and an left with a very unhappy child with a Christmas present that doesn't work”

“everything is 100% fake so please beware and please be warned,from the app to the products which they are selling,also THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS OR FULL REFUNDS MEANING THAT THE CUSTOMER IS NEARLY 100% AT LOSS OR 100% AT LOSS IF ANYTHING HAPPENS THE CUSTOMER CAN KISS THE MONEY GOODBYE far too risky to order something NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL”

“i ordered item and next day they ordered it again and charged me twice and sent two. i contacted right away they said to wait till got item then contact which i did and now they want me to pay to return it to china when i never ordered or authorized it to begin with. they are scammers and would never provide them your credit card info”

“You generally get what you order, BUT if something is wrong they will not correct it. They will lie to you that they have shipped another a new lost in mail. Only order cheap items or you may loose your money. I do not recommend.”

“horrible experience and they still have my money ... ordered two years ago ... nothing arrived ... a bunch of emails ... check the local post office ... that way continued ... i have mail seven months after ordering from with the same text ... check the local post office ... after two years they say six months is the maximum for a complaint ... we are sorry for the inconvenience ... a totally illegal practice”
