“i ordered item and next day they ordered it again and charged me twice and sent two. i contacted right away they said to wait till got item then contact which i did and now they want me to pay to return it to china when i never ordered or authorized it to begin with. they are scammers and would never provide them your credit card info”

“You generally get what you order, BUT if something is wrong they will not correct it. They will lie to you that they have shipped another a new lost in mail. Only order cheap items or you may loose your money. I do not recommend.”

“horrible experience and they still have my money ... ordered two years ago ... nothing arrived ... a bunch of emails ... check the local post office ... that way continued ... i have mail seven months after ordering from with the same text ... check the local post office ... after two years they say six months is the maximum for a complaint ... we are sorry for the inconvenience ... a totally illegal practice”

“i purchased an electric screwdriver at the listed price , paid for it , checked my order a few days later only to find it was put on hold , i recieved an email , tomtop wanted more money before they could ship the item to me , i refused to give them more money and asked for a refund , i doubt i will even see a refund , this site is very dishonest , they are a bunch of big scam artist ,!!!!!!! WARNING , STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“We purchased a drone from Tomtop and item arrived defective with one of the rotor not spinning. Contacted their CS many times, have to send them pictures and videos of the defective drone. Their CS do not actively respond to your email. They will limit the time you can contact them, like after 48 hours, to follow up the issue with them. Then after that they change their story and will not replace the item and says their supplier will send a replacement rotor and expect us to repair the drone by ourselves. So far after 1 months, still not getting reply from their CS. No replacement, no refund, no contact from their CS, and got a bad drone.”

“This is the biggest SCAM Company ever I went on Amazon to purchase an item somehow this company infiltrated their product on Amazon web page unknown to me I order my item not only was it the wrong item they send me but email after email for several months , they promised to send me a prepaid label to return the wrong item. however when I received the email with the label it was to Amazon in Mississauga and I had to pay the return fee .I phoned Amazon and they promised me they have no connection with this company.Also Toptomdeal charged me $30,00 more than the identical item on Amazon.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND SIMPLE REQUESTS! I ordered n 8 channel mixer and before it was shipped, asked if I could pay more and upgrade. They responded saying yes, we will ship your item. Not what I wanted or asked. So, they shipped it and didn't respond to my request. When it arrived, I asked why they didn't get back to me, it's not open, can I upgrade? So.. they referred it to the TECH department who said send YouTube of issues!!!! Idiot response. I kept telling them NOT a technical issue..why didn't they let me upgrade BEFIRE they shipped the item. Again..we referred your problem to our technician's. Obviously, they don't have enough high level English speakers on board (I teach English as a Second Language and estimate very basic skills in their department). When they don't understand, they ignore you or just give you off. Unless you speak Chinese, I doubt you will get resolution if ANY problems. BIG NO from me.”

“I purchased this electric bike spent £620 in may and four months later the motor stopped working despite sending over 20 emails to this fraudulent company not getting a proper response I’m within my warranty rights and they wouldn’t take no responsibility at all and telling me i need to replace the motor myself i have taken the bike to two different bike repair shops and both confirmed it’s manufacturing issue still won’t take responsibility these people are the worse people DO NOT BUY nothing from TOMTOP they need to be stopped immediately i will sue them this is outrageous”
