“Hello, I was generally disasastisfied. Top CV/Reusme is a high-volutme "factory" to help people get past algorithms. That's fine for beginners, but I have decades of work experience and am in a career transitions. Rather than treat me like a factory mold, I would have appreciated working with someone, including at least 2 video phone calls, who respects my unique personality and what I can bring to a company or organization that is not based on a cookie cutter concept of a human. The LinkedIn redo was the most boring thing I have read in my life and uses tons of jargon. As a professional writer, I found it something I personally would never want to read! The money you charge for the executive package does not, in my opinion, correspond to what you provide, which is sadly incredibly I'm personal. Dealing with some guy called Patrick M -- not knowing his real name, where he is based, what his own experience is -- made me feel like my life was being presented in a written package by an unknown entity in Timbuktu. Very depressing.”

Review: I regret to report that my experience with TopCV was less than satisfactory. Despite paying £175 for a comprehensive service that promised a CV, LinkedIn profile, and cover letter overhaul, the service I received fell short of expectations.
The process was marred by delayed responses and a lack of professionalism from the CV writers. The first writer merely copy-pasted my suggestions without showing any understanding of my profile or English proficiency. The second writer disappeared for a week without notice, and the third only lightly formatted what had already been done.
To add to my disappointment, despite paying for a LinkedIn service, my profile was ignored. Moreover, I encountered an administrative issue where I had to prove I had paid for a senior CV writer service, indicating a lack of proper record-keeping.
Although I ended up with a satisfactory cover letter, the overall experience was frustrating and time-consuming, having taken over a month and numerous emails. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend TopCV based on this experience, and I won't be utilizing their services again. I award them 2/5 stars as I did receive some product for my payment, but the poor service and lack of professionalism were disheartening.”
“Not happy, indeed i did not respond because I was so mad 😠 , I feel i got scammed 100%.
The cv returned is weak and amateurish not professional as promised for the $$$ it is poor English and syntax and it is not that great savy professional business accumen advertised.

First Paragraph... makes no sense...
I am told to take out previous job and only show current as it pertains to current jobs i seek... when in fact The previous job on my original cv provided, clearly showed, it was 90% same functions and experience as current job for 23 years and seeking now... i beleive that matters.
I did not see any of the business fancy re-writing i was promised on your advertisements...
No cuatomer servixe after the fact or response so far.
