“TDF's customer service is outstanding! We ordered ten outdoor patio chairs. We noticed that one of the chairs was damaged upon taking it out of the box, but after assembling the rest of the chairs, we noticed that four others had defects that were not immediately apparent; thus, half of our chairs were damaged. We are in Ohio and TDF is in Florida, so this would not have been an easy return.
We notified TDF as soon as we noticed the defects and they immediately started looking for a solution for us. TDF was in daily contact with me, keeping me informed every step of the way. TDF provided us with a fair resolution.
I have to admit, I was hesitant to purchase large items from an out-of-state vendor but would not hesitate to make a future purchase with TDF.”
