“This company is a scam and will not deliver your product or it will arrive in very bad form. And don't even think about calling to complain because they aren't interested in helping you at all. I didn't do my research beforehand and sadly after this experience have found that many have had the same thing occur. Please do your research and see for yourself.”
“I order 2 bouquet for wedding to sent it the same day and them delivered the next day when finished the wedding and i don't know yet where and who received ?! No normal ! “Don’t bother using this company. Can’t tell you about the quality of the flowers as they still haven’t arrived. Ordered at 7:30am for the following day delivery. Four days later, still not delivered. Try explaining to the hostess why the centerpiece is missing.
Customer service first told me I should have paid for an expedited delivery instead of the “free next day”. Then “the delivery is delayed”.”
“Horrible experience. Like other reviewers I order flowers for mother's day and paid extra for delivery on a specific day. The flowers arrived two days early and were already wilting. I contacted their customer service and they didn't care and refused to help. Luckily my credit card company agreed to reverse the charge. I'd recommend anyone else with this experience do the same. Horrible company - stay away.”

My grandmother told me she received her flowers and they were all wilted and drooping. I have been dealing with three different customer services rep asking for a refund. They will not refund until there is photo proof. My grandmother does not have a cell phone to take a picture to send to me. Horrible horrible experience and a total waste of money. Do not waste your time, energy or money on this company and service.”
“Had an absolutely horrible experience. Ordered tulips and they were all dropping and the flowers were full opened with some missing petals. On top of that they were delivered two days early and left in the lobby for me to find. These were a Mother’s Day present and ended up being thrown out. Customer service offered nothing in return and said the flowers were in the same condition as when they left the store. Not ordering from here again. Buyer beware.”

They were supposed to be pink. Came red and yellow.
After contacting them, they said that if they run out they can replace the order with an equal value item without letting the customer know.
Seems inappropriate considering they might be for an event of a specific colour.”

I bought two flowers for mother's day, paid an extra fee for it to be delivered on mother's day. 1 mother got her flowers on Thursday and was underwhelmed because they came wilted and another mother did not receive her flowers at all, they tried to deliver the flowers Friday, which was not the day I paid extra for and Regina in the shipping department is asking for $50 more to deliver the flowers, even though this is their mistake, she's the worst to deal with, and at this point they've stolen from me. I called them so much times to get a refund at this point and no one is answering my emails or calls. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, HUGE SCAM!!”

“Ordered 2 of the same bouquets, both of them arrived a day early and were all wilted and looked very frail. Also they were different. When their CSR replied to my email it was 9 pages of "Substitution Policy" and nothing about the quality of the flowers. They have not replied after I replied asking for at least a apology . Terrible cx service!!! I have sent a note out to Instagram and Twitter telling my friends, family and anyone who is thinking about ordering flowers to not use this company.”
“The bouquet that my children ordered with love for mothers day came all wilted, with blackened leaves. When I opened it to put it in water, the buds and leaves fell off. Even week-old flowers look better than the bouquet sent today. How can you do this? Shame on you?”
“I paid extra to have flowers delivered on a specific day. I got a notification that my order was out for delivery 4 days early. I emailed them and they told me, "we printed a shipping label. They will be delivered on the day you choose." The flowers were delivered 2 days later, which was a couple days early. When I emailed them back they didn't care. Total scam and they do what ever they want and take your money. Don't order from them.”
“Ordered my Mother flowers for Mothers day, said free delivery included on the web page. When I proceeded to the payment page I was charged $17 dollar delivery fee. I proceeded because I wanted something for her. I called her the next day and she told me they were all wilted and dying. Seems like all the reviews say the same thing, scam company selling dead flowers. Ripped off for $90 because I wanted to get my 80 year old mom some flowers.”
