“CALLED 5 DIFFERENT SUPPLIERS LOOKING FOR PARTS, THEY ALL SAID GO FISH !! CALLED TORQUE KING AND RICH HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED IN STOCK AND HAD IT TO ME BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEK, CRAZY HOW GOOD THIS GUY IS, SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE !!”

“Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I ordered the seal installation tool and bolt for the wheel bearing. I asked the customer service rep if I should replace the plastic axle shaft bushing as it had 325k miles on it. He said he would throw one in the box as it was only an $8 part. Well, he didn't get that done and I had to reared one and wait 3 days for it to be delivered. The very least he could have done was text or email me and let me know he didn't get that done. I would have gladly ordered one from him, but I didn't know about it for 3 days. Those 3 days cost me 3 days of work as the lift was tied up with a truck I couldn't move. I won't be using TK 4x4 again. There are plenty of other shops out there with people who care about their customers and getting ALL the parts they need to them.”

“Shift tower for the NV4500 fits perfectly! Build quality of all the parts is excellent. Shift throw feels short, smooth and precise. They even threw in a small tube of RTV. First experience with Torque King. Everything was packed well and shipping was quick. Thanks for help bringing this NV back to life!”
