We ordered this part, then i was called and told that you did not have it. Then weeks later it just shows up. Poor customer communication. This part will need to be returned for a refund.

Hey Darren, We emailed you to let you know that your part was out of stock and that we would receive more in 10-14 business days. We received no cancelation request so we proceeded with your order as it was. By the way, we never received a return request from you either. We cannot use a review as a return request. Return window closes 30days after delivery. Delivered 11/02

I will never ever do business with torque king again!!!!!! The shipping was outrageous for two bushings the size of a nickel, and it took over a week to show up.

Called and ordered parts to rep they were for a ford and they sent parts for a chevy very disappointing

1 item was backordered, called and thought they were going to substitute for a different brand. Nope just waited weeks for my order because they did not follow through with what they said they would do. Will not be ordering from them again!

Bought a bushing for shifter arm transfer case. 5$ part 45$ for shipping not the right item. But the bushing was with the control arm in the catalog. just not the right one , won't fix the problem.

$5.98 for the Part, $38.95 for shipping... shipping to Canada is expensive...I assume you were looking for the bushing that is on the pivot arm...the bushing that is not available separately. The QU20541 says that it is a shift LINK bushing, it does not say PIVOT bushing. The QQU20541 attaches to the pivot so of course it's in the same category, they go together... -TW

Ordered the part. Parts were accurate and worked however I ordered the parts on Thursday evening and paid $50 for expedited overnight shipping and got the part Monday morning. I would’ve got the part the same day for standard two day shipping and they would not give me a refund on the difference in shipping. I’ve ordered here before and the parts are good but I would not pay any for extra shipping in the future or if I were another shopper.

Well i wonder why? It looks like you ordered AFTER HOURS on Thursday, so the order is processed Friday. Now look at a calendar, what is the next business day???? oh! its Monday! If you need weekend delivery you should call to see if its possible in your area otherwise we all (Including FedEx) assume Monday since its the next business day. There is a note at checkout (if you pay attention) that tells you this. You received what you paid for... -TW

Order was placed June 2nd and was recommended to use USPS Priority Mail Express for quickest delivery. It is now June 20th and I have yet to receive the package. I have tried contacting USPS multiple times with no luck getting through to an actual person or to receive a status. The electronic tracking appears to have stopped sending updates as well. This is likely at no fault to Torque King 4x4, however they were to look into it after I called and explained my situation. I have yet to hear back from anyone. If it wasn’t for the shipping, it would likely be a 5 star rating as the employees I did deal with seemed very helpful when placing the order.

The package was delivered 6/21. An Email was sent once we found out the package was moving again, the email may have gone to the junk folder so no fault to anyone.

I’ve been a long time customer, probably close to 20 years, back when gear man Dan would personally answer tech questions on the phone. This time my parts arrived very poorly packaged and almost falling out of the box if UPS hadn’t added lots of tape. Due to everything being just piled in a single box with some heavy parts on top of more fragile ones, some of the parts were damaged in shipping. I was told that they would replace those parts if I shipped them back which is fine, really inconvenient for me, but I understand them wanting them back. I was told that my new parts were on the counter waiting to ship out and as soon as they received my tracking number for the damaged parts, the new ones would be sent out immediately, it was right at 48 hours later according to the email I received with the new tracking info. Unprofessional and disappointing.

The ONLY reason we waited 48 hours to ship the replacement parts was that we were not informed that the shipment was on its way. See Photo, the tracking did not update until it was being delivered. The replacement parts were shipped out the same day the damaged ones arrived. UPS has been very rough on our heavier packages lately, we vacuum seal all of our smaller pieces before shipment so that they are not bouncing around in the box. We inspected all parts that were returned and there were only 2 bearings that were actually damaged. The rest of the bearings and the Mainshaft were in perfect condition (and yes we inspected it very carefully). It's Dan the Gear Man by the way. -TW

Partial refund !!!!!!!!!!! It's y'alls fault ur diagrams are wrong & telling people too order the wrong parts !!!!!!!! Yall need too take responsibility for recommending the wrong parts too people & change ur information !!!!!!!! Im an old man on disability w/a fixed income & can't afford too be just goin around throwing money away & so now I'm out $12 s&h my way plus $10 s&h ur way & u still have the parts too resell while screwing another person .... Very bad business !!!!!!!!!

We have gone over this with Mark already. Our diagram (exploded view) in question is accurate and it has been determined that Mark did not know what he actually had (even after looking at the photo in the exploded view) Mark ordered a part without verifying it fit his application and it was the wrong one (fits Spicer Style). The diagram did not tell him to order the wrong part, the spring he ordered isn't even shown in the exploded view for his Warn hubs. The Warn style of lockout hubs he has do not require the part he ordered. Unfortunately, we are not responsible if you order the wrong part, therefore we will not be paying the shipping (either direction) for your mistake. The money for the part was refunded in full. Hey Harold, Yes, your order was delayed leaving our facility. FedEx also delayed your package and then marked it as delivered. The claim for a missing package was opened and your parts were on the packer to be reshipped when you asked for a refund which we processed immediately. So you can't say we didn't help you, because we took care of the issue as soon as it was brought to our attention.

I had googled “NP205 idler shaft shims” and your kit came up. It did not include those shims. I ended up getting them from another source

Jason, Im sorry that you ordered the wrong kit for your project. Google picks up on Key words, the QA2061 kit you ordered fits an NP205. The descrption lists what is included in the kit you ordered. If you wish to return please reach out via email or call us and we can get it handled and get the parts refunded.

USPS to Canada. USPS had your package held up in California for 10 business days with no reasoning for the delay. USPS is already slow as most know, shipping to Canada is even slower. Torque King shipped out your package within 2 business days as promised.

This company has many ideal parts however, the shipping calculation is not even remotely accurate for international shipping (U.S.-CANADA) I ordered 46.00$ of parts, with a 40.00$ shipping charge, roughly 3x what RockAuto charges for shipping. Then an additional unknown 40.00$ import cash fee from UPS. So that’s 40$ in parts(which are already overpriced) and 80$ shipping. Talked to the organization(via email) and they didn’t seem to care. Thought I’d let fellow international shoppers know to be mindful when using this particular company. Because I got robbed big time!

The customer emailed in mad that he had to pay duties and fees at the border and that his shipping charge was too high. He claimed that we hid fees on his order. There is almost always import fees getting packages across the border, the fees are charged by the brokers and/or the shipping company. I took a look into the shipping charge and he was charged $5 than UPS charged us, we offered to refund the difference even though we didn't seem to care. If you can get the part from RockAuto for less money and less shipping then obviously you should have ordered it from them but im certian a GM NV4500 5th gear spacer and GM NV4500 5th gear nut arent available through RockAuto's site.

Ordered QT1190, tried to use with National Seal # 710241. Unfortuanately our tools are not designed to work with National Seals, they may work in a rare occasion. Our tools are designed to work with OEM seals only. We list which seals do and do NOT fit in the product description. -TW
