“Three weeks, Still dont have parts..... Thought parts were in Billings when ordered (on line). Had to call store to get status on order. Learned that you were waiting on one of the parts. Finally recieved 1 message roughly 2 weeks after purchase stating both parts have shipped (from Florida). Your on-line purchasing system could use some work. No availability / shipping info.”

“Ask if the part I was looking at was correct for my truck Got asked to measure diff centre size Confirmed I had an 1150 rear axle Ordered bearing kit Kit arrived Bearings were too small Tried to contact the person I was dealing with and have had no response After talking with another sales person he informed me that the dually has larger bearings Now I have to order another bearing kit to be sent to Australia and wait another 2 weeks And I still haven’t spoke to anyone about the first bearing kit It seems no one is interested in discussing the wrong parts”

“Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I ordered the seal installation tool and bolt for the wheel bearing. I asked the customer service rep if I should replace the plastic axle shaft bushing as it had 325k miles on it. He said he would throw one in the box as it was only an $8 part. Well, he didn't get that done and I had to reared one and wait 3 days for it to be delivered. The very least he could have done was text or email me and let me know he didn't get that done. I would have gladly ordered one from him, but I didn't know about it for 3 days. Those 3 days cost me 3 days of work as the lift was tied up with a truck I couldn't move. I won't be using TK 4x4 again. There are plenty of other shops out there with people who care about their customers and getting ALL the parts they need to them.”

“Ordered my full kit with seals and tool for the Dana 44 axle. Took 6 days to ship and also had issues on the way reached out to customer service several times. Never got an apology or an explanation just short one answers emailed back which even those took several days do not recommend”

“Typical online purchase... i pay you ship. Quit using fedex. They delivered to wrong address their customer service is worse than horrible and packages usually come beat up. Filed complaint of missing package and been multiple days without contact of fedex about package. I had to personally hunt it down. Wasnt worth the extra money I payed for delivery”

“I've ordered from you before, and everything was good. This time I needed the parts fast, so ordered from you instead of my other suppliers because the website said it was in stock. I paid extra for two day shipping. When the parts didn't arrive, I called to see why the parts hadn't even shipped yet. I was told the inventory was unexpectedly depleted of that part before the system could update to reflect the out of stock status. He assured me his shipment would arrive soon and would be shipped 2 day shipping, but that they would refund me the difference paid for expedited shipping. Took almost 2 more weeks to get me the parts and no credit back on the shipping. Should have canceled my order and gone elsewhere. At least the parts were what I ordered.”

“Paid for 2nd day and received it 5 days later I paid extra to not get it when I needed it once it shipped I had emails for tracking and everything else was good but super disappointed in how long it took to ship with no communication on if it will be delayed”

“They parts are great, customer service and website not so much. I purchased a Jeep Dana 30 CAD right side axle seal off their website for my 87’ YJ . Bought the one at the top of the list that said specifically “Jeep XJ Cherokee, Jeep YJ Wrangler:1984-1987.5 Right Axle Shaft Seal” and turns out it’s the wrong seal, it’s larger than the one I pulled out and will not work. I call them and explain the issue and the guy on the phone said it’s my fault that I didn’t scroll down and look at the other seal listed. I explained that their website listed the seal I bought incorrectly and was told i should have cross referenced the part number from their website to make sure it would fit. Sure I guess I should have done that but when a website lists a part as the part I need…. I would think they listed it correctly. Then they wanted me to pay to ship the wrong seal back and then charged me full price and $12 to ship the correct one to me. None of the parts store around me had it so didn’t have a choice other than to eat the cost of not only the seal and shipping for the one they have listed wrong, but then the correct one and shipping. Bottom line, parts are great just verify the part numbers listed on their website are the correct parts you need.”

“I was trying to order a driver and a seal installer gave the type of rear end I need it for but you guys got it wrong. You sent me a return label I sent it back via UPS. Also the next day I left a message on your automated system. I haven’t got a email or a call back. I left my name and order number too.”

“No 6th gear or shift rail bushing in master rebuild kit for NV5600. No email or notification that they did not have them in stock. When I called about the 6th gear missing. The guy on the phone said he didn't understand why it wasn't in the package. I didn't realize the bushings are missing also. So I have to call again.”

“Shipping was outrageous!!! when I called to confirm that was in fact ordering everything for a complete rebuild of the front axle the guy didn’t seem to know or care. Not even a military discount. Only reason I bought what did was because they were the only ones that had it in stock”
