“I had a problem with paint 'cracking' after clear coat. I was told it was because I waited too long between coats. I thought that would be better, but the times they specify are not just minimum times between coats, but also maximum. Bummer! When I brought this to their attention, I was offered replacement paint to compensate. I wasn't expecting that! They care enough about the satisfaction of their customers to compensate me some paint, and I took them up on their generosity. It's so good to see a company stand behind not only their product, but customer satisfaction. Very pleased with TouchUpDirect!”

Looking at your order it appears that you only ordered on aerosol of color, so I'm curious to know how this could have caused an issue with the entire top. “The paint tube contained bright silver with a Greystone label. The color match was not even close. I was quite disappointed, especially for the price. Now I have to remove the touch ups and start over.”
