“I had a problem with my bag it turned up with the wrong skin colour but the customer service team were so helpful making sure that I was sent a replacement bag as it was not the one I had asked for. They always got back to me very quickly as well amazing customer service will definitely be using again.”

“I made an order and on it's arrival one of the items was missing. After talking to a lovely lady called Emma over email, the missing item was soon dispatched. However, thanks to Hermes not delivering the item (despite saying they had - a cup is not going to fit through a letter box) I was soon back chatting to Emma who kindly organised a replacement and a change of delivery address. A++ service xx”
