“after having issues with customer services yesterday with regards to 2 rucksacks. My review was passed to Lee rowley who was excellent and helped out the issue with a discount for my second daughter was very appreciated! And was quickly sorted thank you again very happy mummy and daughter 😃”

Good Afternoon Claire Thank you for your feedback, first and foremost having reviewed your order and recent notes, we do not tolerate any level of abusive language over the telephone and further use will lead to the call being disconnected – our agents under any circumstance are not expected to take any level of abuse, nor as a company do we tolerate it. That being said Claire, as a company and as you will be able to see through our customer feedback in the recent threads below, we care a great deal about our customers and certainly take on board feedback when given to further better our services. The notes within the system detail that your order with ourselves had unfortunately not been processed correctly, the reason being – both names on each of the backpacks was “Elise”. For quality purposes, providing the correct information and also reviewing the purchase by checking the order confirmation lays with each of our customers, our duty from here is to make sure that we create all customer orders to that exact specification – whilst I understand and take on board that this order has come at an inconvenience to you, it is important to note that this is what you had submitted to us on the 07th September, furthermore this is what was confirmed on the order confirmation that was sent to you on this day at 9.49am – this order confirmation details every level of personalisation that has been provided to us. With this in mind, I am afraid we are not in a position to accept a return on your order, what we have produced exactly meets the specification given. “Yesterday I ordered a lunch box and today had an email saying the lunchboxes were on offer. Naturally slightly irritated as the saving was quite significant and it had been less than 24 hours since my order. phone and spoke to Lee who said although he couldn't change my order to the promotional price he could offer a significant discount on an additional item if I was interested. I have purchased several items from them in the past and my daughter had her eye on a new dance bag. Lee offered me a personalised voucher code for 40% off. I was planning to buy this item for a christmas present anyway. The discount exceeded the amount I would of saved on the lunchbox and Lee was very professional. Very happy with the service from Lee at Toxicfox. He was friendly, listened to what I had to say and found an agreeable solution.”
