We had an item that did not arrive. I waited a few weeks to give plenty of time but no show. Sent a quick email to to the customer services team and received a response the following day explaining that it had been sent but must of got lost in the post. Within a few days the item was resent and promptly arrived. Always say that things will go wrong and it's a measure of good customer service how it is handled. This time it was a first class service. Will gladly continue to use Toxic Fox.

I did an order for a jute bag just after Christmas and still waiting and get told it’s with the artist .clairebella are very slow at production and I have another 2 orders waiting god knows how long they will be as they are presents not very impressed!

I placed my order on 12th January expecting delivery 9th February, the date has been changed twice since then with no explanation. My order states it should now be delivered today - but it is still in production! How long does it take to make these bag's? It should have been a birthday gift, that cannot happen now, I am very disappointed.

I have used toxic Fox to get lots of Claireabella items, this time I did an order & when my parcel was delivered it was to the wrong address, I contacted customer service & they couldn’t have been more helpful in getting me a replacement, will order again

I Recently had an I phone case made that wasn’t quite right. Toxicfox dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently to rectify the problem. I have purchased a whole variety of products in the past and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Ordered on the 1st jan order was due for dispatch on the 30th jan chased on the 31st jan great response, but 8 days on still no order! Feeling ive been fobbed off!!!! Love how all the negative reviews here are soon counteracted with an anonymous good review. Hhhhhhmmmmmmm

I have ordered with toxicfox twice now, the first time it did not arrive on the time it promised, after a week after loads of emails and still waiting for my delivery it still did not come. After giving me a discount and ordering something else, I have the same problem. I will not be using this website again and am quite frankly appauled.

I bought an ipad case for my grand-daughter for Christmas which started to break away, the plastic came adrift. I emailed toxicfox explaining the situation and have found the customer care to be very quick and efficient. I dealt with both Lee Rowley and Marvin Njie who have both been extremely helpful. I am now awaiting a replacement.

I spoke to the Customer Service Manager Lee who gave me fantastic customer service. He was extremely polite and helpful and told me exactly where i stood in regards to my order and even shipped my order immediately. Thanks Lee :)

I've ordered two things a jute bag large and a make up bage. My make up bag came in just over a week of ordering, & is really nice. But its been 3 & a half weeks & I still haven't received my jute bag & every time I track it it says in production! So I'm not completely pleased at the moment. Staying positive & when it finally come I'm sure I'll be a happy bunny! Hopefully 😞

Twice I have ordered with Toxic Fox and twice my order has not been delivered by the promised date. The first time I waited four weeks for my item and this time my item is a week overdue. The customer service phone line doesn't exist - every time you call they say the line is down for maintenance but this has been going on for almost three months - a long maintenance for a phone line. Emailed several times about my orders to question where they are and why is there a delay and I waited around four days each time for a response even though they say they aim to get back to you in 2 working days this isn't true. Very poor service for a business that provides gifts. if you are ordering a gift ensure to do so at least six weeks in advance as its almost certain that something will go wrong.

Can’t even begin to tell how much I love my bag... was really worried when I ordered the couples bag cos my hubby is bald and was sceptical to see was it was going to be like.... OMG.... it’s anazing!! Thankyou from one VERY happy customer x

My gift did not turn up so I contacted the company and the person I spoke to just say that it was not made in his office and would need to contact someone else. After no reply, I contacted them again and they said they would remake the product and re sent it out. This has happened several times now.

I have bought so many beautiful canvas claireabella bags 12 in total 10 large 1 medium 1 small plus 2 phone covers a onesie plus 2 hoodies so I’m definitely a huge fan and a massive gift hero and I will continue to buy from you as everything is excellent quality and has made my friends and family really happy as it’s such a nice surprise compared to the usual boring gifts they normally get I’m looking to get myself a new one as I’ve had mine for years I did order one but hadn’t realised id ordered a medium I thought I’d ordered a large on special offer so will just have to wait now till you have a great discount for gift hero’s like me.

Do not use this company, i ordered an hoody size medium and recieved a size large which is way too big and is useless. I contacted them via email and they was useless and didn't want to know at all then offered 40% discount off next order but i don't want to order again if they couldn't get my first order right. Very over priced for what they are as Well! Disgusting how they just take your money then don't want to know when you contact them and they just fob you off! I am absolutely livid as these are far from cheap! I see the majority of people have also had problems too. I will be seeking legal advice about this. You Just get scammed then fobbed off! Avoid!!!!
