“I have bought so many beautiful canvas claireabella bags 12 in total 10 large 1 medium 1 small plus 2 phone covers a onesie plus 2 hoodies so I’m definitely a huge fan and a massive gift hero and I will continue to buy from you as everything is excellent quality and has made my friends and family really happy as it’s such a nice surprise compared to the usual boring gifts they normally get I’m looking to get myself a new one as I’ve had mine for years I did order one but hadn’t realised id ordered a medium I thought I’d ordered a large on special offer so will just have to wait now till you have a great discount for gift hero’s like me.”

“After ordering a phone case as a gift when it came there was a highly visible manufacturing fault. After only a couple of emails my issue was dealt with promptly and professionally and I would like to thank David and lee Howley for their prompt and excellent service in re solving my issue. “I ordered a jute bag as Xmas gift for my daughter. I ordered on the 17th Dec 2017 & it arrived on the 24th. Expensive for a jute bag but worth it. It is adorable the online pictures do not do them justice.”

“Hi, Ordered a tote bag for my little girl for Christmas. Bag arrived with two minor marks on it. Such a beautiful bag online doesn't do it justice. Contacted toxicfox straight away they got back to me. Asa Burke dealt with my enquiry, Asa was very quick and efficient had me a replacement on its way and said to keep the other bag as a back up, was so happy it came just in time for Christmas eve considering we only dealt with it couple days before.
