“I am a huge lover of claireabella and I have many items, unfortunately I had a slight problem with my newest bag as it soon teared quickly. However, after pacey emails between me and the customer service team I now have a new bag on the way. Polite and lovely people. Will definitely be using again and again.”

“Even though it took a bit longer to receive the bag for my partner the quality and time spent on it is well worth it. Could be packaged better however no one, especially my partner, will not care about that once she is showing it off to her friends!”

“Do not buy from them- they change the alphabet letters according to their font and it does not reflect what you type into the actual name box. Then their ridiculous customer service team does not know what the term 'factually' means and they confuse it with opinion. Poor customer service , entering into argument on the phone and products that do not accord with what you actually order. The item is faulty and not as described and in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act, a refund needs to be offered. Absolutely ridiculous company. Adeera Tw5”

Thank you for the feedback Dijot and I have passed this onto our webteam to make sure that a copy of the font used on the Satchels is on our website. The font we use on our Satchels was designed by Claire Barrett, founder of Claireabella, to be used and unique to a number of her products. It is not unusual for certain style of fonts, especially caligraphy style fonts, to have what some would see as unusual. The font used on our Satchels does have backward "G"'s and the it is not unusual for lower case letters be used as the capital as well. There are plenty of examples on the internet if you do a quick google search. “Ordered product, emailed after I had still not received the item, they're r response was item is delayed. No prior notice of delay. Ordered for an occasion, which will be of no use when it eventually Arrives. Return not allowed. Response from customer services they will be "feedback" poor!!!”

Dear Dawn Thank you for the review and I am very sorry that your bag will not be with you in time. As explained in the email all timescales quoted on our website are estimated dispatch dates and with our handpainted personalised items it is not unreasonable to wait an additional couple of days, especially when this is a new design exclusive for 2015. As the item is personalised we are unable to accept returns. This is because the bag has been produced bespoke and made to order it cannot be used again or resold. I am very sorry that you will not receive your order in time however I am sure that once you have received the bag and have seen the work that has gone into it you will want to use it on many more occasions.
