“I paid postage and packaging on some pz2 drill bits I purchased from yourselves, which I had to pick up from the Royal Mail post office and pay extra again because they said that yourselves had not paid enough.. not happy won’t be purchasing from yourselves again!!!”

“Go messages for my delivery on Friday. 1 hour away, 30 minutes away. never showed up. I stayed back to get the saw and they never appeared! checked my CCTV and there is no sign of DPD coming to my office. very disappointed. I needed this for Saturday as I had arranged something as would have the saw for the job. Nope no saw, no job.”

“I had a problem with a delivery. It is an online sales site, but they have a really professional telephone service. The guy rang the courier and sorted out my problem within an hour. I have multiple deliveries to multiple sites every day, so good customer service is essentially. Looks like these guys are keen on price without forgetting that after sales care is also important. So far so good. I'll certainly look at them for my next job.”

“We had a access panel delivered and went to install but the corner bent. I was a bit shocked that there was no corner protection just foam on front face. Can you swap over please asap. Thanks Lawley”
