“Be careful with tradekey.com I am going to share with you my company's experience with Tradekey, so we have signed up for Goldkey plus membership. in case my comment can be help you, before hiring them. If you are thinking of doing so, you are wasting your money and it is better to hire an external consultancy with references, since the positive opinions here are not real. In my company, in a very common sector, we have hired the services of tradekey and also one of the most expensive options, promising us that they have a database of reliable contacts to provide us once we hire them, and the only thing that has been done after hiring them is a WhatsApp group with an account manager (who works even less) with whom we have tried to arrange video calls or ask for clarifications about the platform but he only answers when he want and one out of ten to tell us that they have nothing and that he is sending mass emails and WhatsApp messages to his contacts (when he sends us the screenshots of his mass emails sent in 15 minutes on the same day telling us that he was working hard to finding our contract, I knew that we were wasting time and that they were not going to give us anything), since we hired them it has been 2 months, and we continue with the same reply from him. The truth is that we think this service is a huge rip-off, because they don't have a database, much less a professional who knows how to work. I have also tried to get them to change our account manager or speak to a superior but without succes. So all we have paid for this service have been thrown away.”

“Most of the positive reviews posted here are fake, this tradekey.com is a fraudulent operation, don't trust them with your money. Most of the leads you get are fake sent by tradekey.com employees also this is based in Pakistan but pretending to be an American or Chinese company to get your money.”

“Tradekey.com is a fraud, they will take money from you for membership upgrade but will keep saying they haven't received the money, even if you shove the swift copy they will say we just made it up! Just stay away from these frauds don't give your hard earned money to these scamsters operating from Pakistan.”

“IT IS A FULLY FLEDGED SCAM COMPANY, STAY CLEAR. THEY WILL OFFER YOU A TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH HIDDEN LIMITATIONS RENDERING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ABSOLUTELY USELESS. STAY AWAY. Below reviews are baffling, there is ABSOLUTELY noway that this company's rating is beyond 1 star, no chance.”

“I would like to report and warn anyone thinking of doing business with tradekey. Last month after a lot of pressure from a tradekey account manager, my company, of import and export, agreed to a 6 months premium package. In exchange, tradekey would put my company in contact with premium suppliers for the acquisition of a commodity, recycling waste paper. After a few unsuccessful weeks, the account manager informed me that he had a supplier, in the United States, ready to supply the requested product, but for this to happen we would have to advance 2000$ USD to ensure the reservation of the order and that this amount would be deducted from the global value after closing the contract with the supplier. Much pressure was made and after many contacts by mail and whattapp, we agreed to advance that amount to make the order. After several days and much exchange of messages we discovered that there was no supplier and tradekey simply refused to return the money. When I sent an e-mail informing that the process would be handed over to our lawyers, all our contacts at tradekey, account manager, customer support, sourcing manager, disappeared. Tradekey is a fraud, with accounts in China that no one can get to and a bank account in the US in the name of another electronics company. The name of the company in the US is DIGI DEVICES LLC. Be very careful this company is a total fraud.”
