“Transform have been brilliant, my coordinator was very helpful and understanding ancient there was no hard sell at all! The surgeon was fantastic he was very informative and approachable and I'm delighted with the results. My whole experience was very positive, everyone made me feel like I was the only person that mattered. I have and would highly recommend Transform in the future”

“If I could pop in to transform clinic in Liverpool just for a chat, id do it every week! I have never been made to feel so welcomed anywhere near how I've been treated here. I leave the clinic on a high. The staff are fabulous people and are perfectly suited for such an establishment. Absolutely wonderful ????”

“Overall I was pleased with transform. The only thing I would suggest is that better food and beverages should be available for patients and their partners in the hospital. A small cafe would be a good option considering most people are there a whole day or more. Considering it is a private hospital it didn't feel very comforting or welcoming...almost had a conveyor belt feel to it with not much personal attention. Other than this the clinics and staff are lovely and happy with my surgeon. Thank you”

“Absolutely brilliant! I had gone to other cosmetic surgery clinics (Harley Medical) for a consultation and couldn't believe the contrast! Transform are friendly and happy but are so professional and knowledgable and have been amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else and will recommend them to everyone!”

“The surgery was good, but aftercare not as. I have been forgotten by the team. I understand that I have missed my post op 2nd appointment; however nobody tried to offer me another one. :( The surgeon did not see me after the surgery which was in September 2015. Customers who had a surgery should be as valid/important/in the centre of attention as those who are interested in surgery before making the payments. At the end of the day all is business and money matter.”

“I had been thinking of having the procedure for around 15 years so this was a huge decision for me to make. From my initial consultation to post operative appointments I felt well informed and had many opportunities to ask questions before and after the procedure. The procedure went well and I was impressed by the care I received at the hospital and suffered minimal discomfort and no pain - a testament to my surgeon Mr Lahoud. I am so pleased with the results and would use Transform in the future.”

“I was extremely nervous about coming to the clinic although I was highly recommended the clinic I was very very anxious but I didn't need to be at all, from the receptionist to the office manager to the doctor I was in extremely safe and professional hands, and I can't wait to return for my 2 week visit. I wish I had visited years ago!”

“Very unhappy with aftercare of operation. Not happy with result of surgery either. I was charged for a second appointment with surgeon even though the first time I made appointment the care coordinator never got back to me like the surgeon advised she would. Was upset by the way care coordinator spoke to me after loan application came through late. I did not receive adequate pain relief after operation and was in agonising pain for a week. Overall really disappointed with service. Standards really low compared to other cosmetic surgery clinics. Really regret choosing Transform”

“Hi when in to have microdermabrasion and I was really please I feel staff are very knowledgable and helpful about the treatments and answered all my questions I felt totally at ease. I can't wait for the new year to book in again”
