I would give no stars if I could there so quick to take your money and give you zero after care the nurse in Nottingham is useless don’t no how she still has a job there I had breast implants and been very unwell after having them and they don’t want to no

I had a breast augmentation with transform it went torally wrong the surgeon then left.mr selvagi .and no one would take on a bodge job so I now have two totally odd boobs because he never used a band on me to keep them down I've been trying to fight this bit transform just do not want yo know .I would never recommend transform to anyone.they lack compassion and are in it for the money nothing else I'm left worse now than I was before.

I have had Botox and fillers for twenty years at various beauty clinics in the UK and Spain. Last year I was tempted to change to Transform due to their offer of three areas of Botox for £299. The first dosage worked well and when I was due again I returned back to the Reading branch of Transform. This time I did not get the same Therapist and during the proceedure to forehead, between eyebrows and crowsfeet around the eyes, the therapist could not remember whether she had injected the area between my eyebrows. It was agreed that I could come back for a check up within a month but due to the Xmas holidays an appointment couldn't be made for six weeks! During Christmas I had one eyebrow higher than the other and the frown and crowsfeet lines were no different to before the proceedure. I returned for my check up to feel as if I was trying to con them and yet it was very clear things had not worked well from my last proceedure. Eventually after waiting around for photographs taken the time before and then not being found, I was given more Botox to correct the eyebrow and botox into the area between the brow and to the crow's feet lines. They then said I would need to come back in six weeks for the entire proceedure again! Incidentally the product has now worked and my eyebrows are almost level! Botox administered properly ( for me) will last three months and therefore I can only conclude that the £299 is not a bargain if you only get six weeks of the correct amount of product and spend six weeks with one brow higher than the other and no improvement to the other two areas. I have spoken to Transform and they do not offer an appology. Their only explaination is " Botox works differently on different people"and that maybe true had I not been using the product without problems (when administered elsewhere),for many years. The only conclusion I can come to is, the deals they offer are based on using less product or of lower strength. So be very cautious. Maybe you get what you pay for and they know in the long run you will need to come back more often. Not such a bargain after all and a lesson learnt.

GREAT experience with Dr Frati & Riverside Clinic After very recently having my 3 month post op check, I thought this would be the best time to share a review. I had the best experience with Transform, at Riverside Clinic with Dr Frati. I was given great care from the whole team, and am so happy with my results (totally what I wanted & was expecting). The surgery went really well, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for breast augmentation.

There’s no such thing as aftercare . I’ve rang so many times to have a follow up with my rhinoplasty and they honestly don’t care. I have been told too many times I would have a call back and no one bothers. I would of never of gone with this company if I knew this was this bad.

Mr Clarke did my breast reduction last July, it’s changed my life. The care, the kindness I received was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble , Mr Clarke did exactly as I asked and I am over the moon with the result. I’m not a young lady so I was a little concerned as to the operation and the recovery. I need not have worried , every attention was taken to ensure my safe recovery , I didn’t even need pain killers, I stayed overnight and the staff were brilliant, never far away and there immediately when I rang for them. Worth every penny .

I’ve had 4 surgeries with this company; starting at 19. I’m left botched up and out of pocket. Dr Ahmed and Dr Mashadi are responsible.

I’ve recently just had a Breast Augmentation and Mastopexy with Mr. Lahoud and Transform (King Park Clinic, Southampton). I had been considering this surgery for many years and after being recommended Tramsform I decided to contact them and make an appointment! During this time I had also made an appointment with Harley Medical Group, but I am so glad I decided to shop around and try out Transform! I was treated horribly at HMG, the clinic was shabby with no reception, the advisor was super pushy and made me feel pressured. When I went to Transform it was like a total 180! The clinic is spotless, the staff are friendly and the areas are comfy. I met with Rachael (PA) and she talked me through a lot of things, explained how stuff works, gave me an estimate, told me to shop around more and to contact her again when I felt ready to meet surgeons! It was so relaxed and I felt like even though she worked with Transform, she wasn’t trying to just grab my money. I went back a few months later to meet Mr. Lahoud, he was very confident with what I needed done and listened to my expectations. I ended up meeting with him again the following month just to confirm that I was 100% happy with him being my surgeon, after that consultation I was set. I got my surgery date, paid my deposit for the date, booked my pre-op and got everything sorted! I ended up getting 275cc (this was the max Mr. Lahoud would happily let me go because he didn’t want to over stretch my chest and ruin it) Mentor Siltex Round Moderate Plus Profile Breast Implants (Cohesive II) over the muscle. The nurse I met during my pre-op was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful! The staff at the hospital were also brilliant and Mr. Lahoud ended up doing an amazing job, better than I could have ever hoped for! The nurse I met at my post-op was also very friendly, calming and helpful. I usually get very faint over stuff so I warned her and thankfully she helped me quickly when it happened haha! I have also had a very quick response when calling the clinic and asking to speak to nurses (all staff have been very friendly and polite) which was super helpful during my recovery! I’ve been recommending Transform to anyone who asks and I will continue to do so! I’m so happy with my experience as this was my first cosmetic procedure! It was very exciting!

I had fillers , contacted Peterborough was told I would get a call back the next day, 2 days later I rang was offered an appoint W tv with a different lady and declined was told this would be after Xmas which wasn’t a problem promised a call back that day 3 days later nothing , the manager Kelly was suppose to ring me, no call. After sales shocking don’t go near them

I am left disfigured after facial surgery with Transform. After a lower neck and facelift I needed a second surgery to correct the first procedure, this looked worse than ever. I have been to see another surgeon at Transform who agrees I need to have the operation done again (third time). Transform only want me to go back to the butcher that bodged my face twice already! That is not going to happen. After two years of wearing neck scarfs I am no closer to getting my disfigurement corrected, totally depressed and disgusted. The procedure cost over £7500 with months off work to recover.

In August this year I went ahead with breast enlargement after many years debating with myself whether to go head with this. I went through the Maidstone Transform. I have to say every step of the process has been brilliant. This was also to my first operation under general anaesthetics so I was especially nervous being a lone parent of 3 and thinking I was letting vanity get ahead of the risk of a major operation. I was assigned to Dr Nathan. I read up on him and put my trust in him. He did a fabulous job and my scars have healed brilliantly. I rate all the staff I have dealt with start to finish and the nurses and carers on the day were brilliant at putting me at ease. I would not hesitate in recommending Transform (especially Maidstone) to anyone who was looking for cosmetic surgery. I'm really grateful my experience has been so positive after reading many horror stories. This has really changed my confidence and inner happiness with myself and so pleased I have had this done. If I could find any fault it would be that the hospital room could have a fresh coat of paint and be a bit more comforting and inviting. But it was not bad, just bland and basic and a little cold in its appearance. I would have a liked bit of colour, warmth and luxury for a private hospital, but it would not put me off going back just a personal preference. Very happy client :)

So from the beginning I have had abit of a nightmare ,I had to stay in the hospital two days on my first breast enlargement due do my co-ordinater giving me false info and saying I could change my size on the day (surgeon wanted to see me again)..iv had my boobs done twice now due to not being happy and needed revision but now im in love with my second breast implants in a week post op now , my problem has been sorted and I can’t say how good the admin and complaints team are they really keep you updated with all info and my revision was agreed so quickly which I was happy about and it was then booked in the following month .. also the nurses at the pines hospital are absolutely unbelievable!!!!! every nurse I had met both times are so lovely some of the nicest people I have met they really look after you and they go above and beyond for you, I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me. Over all I do think it’s a good company even though I have had to have two surgeries to get my final result I can’t fault the company (it’s been more the surgeons fault no one else’s ) having to have surgery again due to no fault of my own I had to take a week unpaid of work which is abit of a shame as I lost a lot of money , paid my parter in a hotel in Manchester , petrol back and forth to appointments and to Manchester hospital , I have lost a lot of money £500+ which I’m not happy about and transform basically said I signed a form saying there could be complications etc so they could not help with the costs I have lost. This is a big disappointment as I seen how helpful they have been so far I thought they would compensate at least half but obviously not . I would say see more than one surgeon I did get a bad vibe with mine he was quiet rude but I just went with it as he was the soonest available. When going in and saying I wasn’t happy ect he just blamed me and shrugged his shoulders wasn’t helpful at all! Staff are amazing surgeon not so amazing

I would give 0 stars if possible! Terrible aftercare! Don’t return calls when they say they will and after I’ve files a complaint they also tried to make out I’m lying by saying I never even contacted them In the beginning, even though I have email proof that I did, as they even sent me my medical records over by email!! Take your money elsewhere or even better just love the body you have been given, as Ive now had to have my implants removed now after rupture and now have silicone that’s leaked out ink my lymph nodes :(

I am 10 days post-op from a rhinoplasty operation. I can honestly say I could not be more pleased with the results of my surgery. Dr Lahoud has done the best job I could possibly ask for in removing my bump and making my nose thinner. From my first consultation he knew exactly what I needed and put me at ease, I had next to no pain, very slight bruisng and a very fast recovery. All the staff at Riverside hospital were also incredibly caring and did everything they could to make me comfortable. The only negative I have about transform is that they could do a little better to really make your experience comfortable. After all youre paying a lot of money. For pre and post-op nurse appointments i wasnt allowed to bring anyone with me. Now the nurse was incredibly calming however I feel that, particularly for the post op appointment where you have the 'big reveal' you should share that experience with a loved one. Its a massive moment and potentially something you have been waiting for for many many years, you need the support of someone who knows what youve been through and can really comfort you through that. Instead, you are expected to reveal your nose to that person in a waiting room full of strangers! Thats my only grudge! But for a perfect rhinoplasty, couldn't recommend Dr Lahoud more.

Went for a consultation in April this year.. was told to come back in 6 weeks to have the procedure carried out (after paying my deposit) Once lying on the bed I was told the surgeon wouldn’t be doing the operation as he had seen me before... cut a long story short I was told I’d need to wait until July/Aug which I agreed.. never heard back from them.. tried to speak to the manager Ann Burns but she was always having lunch or on ‘another line’ Trading standards are now involved ... I’d avoid this company because if a team of under a dozen staff can’t organise what they do for a living nor contact a customer who actually paid money god knows what the after care is like.

The initial consultation was with a Bimbo Barbie doll from Poland with over injected lips, reading the process almost from a script - it was quite intimidating. In my consultation with Mr Nathan, I said I had a few questions having read the entire booklet and if he had an appt after me to which he replied ‘so what, if I’m going golf, what is it to you’. He quickly drew across my tummy and upwards saying where I’d need to be cut and I was horrified as did not want that. He’s rude, i felt very rushed, he told me to return after losing some weight, I asked to see patient pics of that kind of procedure and none were shown, he clearly said it will not be perfect and all cosmetic surgery is ‘imperfect’! Their attitude is a complete put off and there is no way I’d trust them with such a life impacting surgery!
