Disgusted on the way they treat you, take your money give you a service your not happy with and won't correct it, the insurance means nothing the number on the pack isn't even valid and when waiting to see someone they keep you waiting over an hour

I was booked in for a breast augmentation consultation at Leeds Transform. I was shocked to view another patients details (file was left open in front of me). I have taken the persons name and details and intend on contacting them to let them know. Also the staff appear to be very unsure of their job roles. (I overheard one of the receptionist moaning about their job role ) I have decided to go to MYA. The surgeon I saw at Leeds Transform also works for MYA. Mr Netri. A very disturbing experience at Transform.

ABSOLUTLEY APPAULING!!! NEARLY 3 years later and I'm still having problems!!! The staff at the EDINBRUGH clinic are awful no empathy or compassion..... no phone calls back when your waiting to hear from them regarding correction surgery..... please please do not waste your time, money or emotions on this company ..... I will certainly be making my feelings clear to everyone about how I have been treated ..... I truly hope nobody els has to endure what I have ..... I can honestly say this company needs to up there game with regards to customer service ....

From my consultation I got lied to when I arrived at the hospital for surgery the information I had received was all false so I was upset crying before I'd even had surgery which was wrong and upsetting for me to then be told I would be a size e to be a full c very small d, just had my appointment check up to be told more lies and unfortunately nothing they can do so disappointed and upset and angry and would have took my 5 thousand pound else were. Now I will be getting a second surger in 6 months to spend more money to fix my job so I highly highly do NOT recommend this place what so ever and girls who are considering breast enhancement with these please think before you pay there a company for sales not achieving customers results. So upset and annoyed thanks for taken my money and maken me an un happy person.

Terrible, avoid them. Have been left with uneven hips, a lump just above the scar on one side, an ugly scar which is very messy on one side, numbness and shooting pains around the scar area still after 3 years. After the surgery I met the surgeon and explained the issues but he just said it would take time. Seen my GP and other specialists on the NHS who have said the issues are the result of the surgery and to go back. I was told by an advisor to follow the online complaints procedure because the issues were not right and should be looked at. I did not miss any of my appointments with Transform but they are now using any excuse they can think of to deny any wrong doing. I explained my issues so many times and they said just give it time which allowed them to leave it and leave it so that they can now say it has been too long. I am so upset because it cost me so much money and have been left with so many problems.

Tried to book an appointment for Botox and fillers. After waiting 17 minutes and spoken to as an inconvenience, I decided to take my custom elsewhere. To be honest, I'm glad I did after reading the poor reviews. Terrible customer service, your staff require some training.

Not even worth 1 star. I went to transform a few years ago for rhinoplasty I hated my nose for years and was absolutely over the moon when they said I could get finance for my surgery. The appointments with the surgeon were no more than 5 minutes a time he didn't really listen what I wanted or make me feel comfortable at all, it felt like he was hurrying me out of the door as quick as possible. I should have looked around before going ahead with the surgery but I was so excited to get the nose i had always dreamed of. My nose is smaller and straight now but it's nothing like what I wanted, I saw the surgeon once after my op and explained I wasn't happy with the result he basically shut me down and said there's nothing he can do the other staff were the same. Long story short, look around! Go somewhere that cares about what you want and wants to do what's best for you not just interested in getting your money!! I'm still paying off the £5500 for mine don't do the same!

I went for a consultation which I waited a month for, 40 min over my allotted time and my consultation lasted 4 min !!! Mr Nathan said all surgeons are rude arrogant , and When I tried to ask him any questions his response was "if I was a talker I wouldn't be a surgeon " I merely wanted to know what size breast I would achieve with the £5000 I was paying !! He had no time , refused to answer any questions , and I was the. Pushed into another room to sort payment for something I had no clue about , the clinic was like a cattle market ...in and out I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone..stay clear !!!

Why have all your staff left. Injectors ? Admin ? Reception ? Managers ? You must obviously treat you staff as bad as your patients . Good skin days is the way forward for non surgical treatments. ???? % professional with excellent staff . I'm always happy with my treatments. Try it out . MYA for cosmetic surgery. Mr Netri is based at MYA and Mr Ibraheim. Don't give your money to a company who do not care about their staff or patients ! Duty of care zero. The new sales and marketing manager is power mad and promotes manipulation "spice girls" lol "whatever".

Would never go back my daughter and I could not open or eyes properly we told them about or problems and they didn't seem to be bothered about or Botox that's we had

I am not satisfied for my appointment with them. When i make the appointment they asked me about if i work or not because i want finance.i told i am not working but i get all benefits and i can pay the full deposit and 100£ every month in fact i can pay up to 250£. She gave me the appointment and when i went the mrs that i took with her when i told that i am not working she told me (i am afraid you cannot make finance )and the appointment finished less than 5 mins.i cancelled another appointment to go this one they waste me my time.and if i am already working i will pay full amount i don't need finance. They only think about money....

Totally dissatisfied, I had breast augmentation and although I went back regarding the pain,and the fact the implants hadn't dropped I was fobbed off, now I've been to another company and it's going to cause me £8295 to have it corrected!!!! Absolutely furious and seriously considering suing for the cost of corrective surgery and loss of wages!!!

Useless!! Saw 2 surgeon's who both told my I could never have implants because I have inverted ribs. Saw a surgeon with another clinic who never saw this as a problem! I now have fantastic boobs no thanks to transform!!

If this message in any way stops someone else from using Transform then this post was worth it! I came out of a 12 year relationship and decided to have a rhinoplasty op, I had always hated my nose and single 34 year old mother was the perfect excuse to do it. Mr Nathan has made it 100x worse than it was before. The bridge of my nose is buckled with such a sharp edge under the skin that the pressure against the skin makes a white mark externally, about the size of a 5p piece. It has been six months and I am no further on with the complaints procedure. Mr Nathan is horrid, he did not listen to what I asked for. Please spend the extra money and go elsewhere!

Really don't deserve any stars. Terrible service at Leeds clinic. No one knows what they are doing. Staff very off hand when challenged on their service. I have complained to a higher level and yet to hear anything back. Their manger (one of many has just left) and things have taken a turn for the worse. I have visited Transform for a number of years but every time you book an appointment, I'm guaranteed to get a call. The reception staff don't like to book late appointments as they are always in a rush to get home so I have taken my custom to Good Skin Days.

have you closed down the Moortown branch. I have been twice for creams but you are never open. Noone there at 4.30 today and no one there at 2.45pm on Saturday 29.04.17 ? what are your opening hours. really cross as it took me an hour to get there and your website showed that you were open.

The after care is horrendous. The way they have handled the PIP implant scandal has been appalling too, one of the few clinics who have charged clients for this inconvenience. Go with a company who really care about you not your money!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Firstly, the consultation itself was completely unprofessional. the surgeon ate through my appointment after travelling over 2 hours to get to the "nearest clinic" full of promises to be "professional, trustworthy and reputable" i was completely let down. not only did the surgeon state i had deformed breasts (coincidentally the reason why i was looking for a breast augmentation) the company had no interest in helping me as i was not a normal case (becoming evident by not contacting me back within the next week in regards to the actual surgery- i am still waiting for a reply by the way). Therefore- unsurprisingly i found help elsewhere and have had a wonderful experience with the private clinic of Harley Street. Please don't waste your time and money.

I have a ba booked for the 16th of April, however I have chosen not to go ahead with it because Transform have not made me feel comfortable, welcomed or taken seriously. My consultation with the surgeon was cancelled and I was only told 3 days before (I had to wait over a month just to get the consultation with him in the first place!) it was booked for 21/03/17. I had my first consultation with my patient co ordinator on the 8/02/17. then they tried telling me I had to wait until the 11th of April to get another one, however because I kicked up such a fuss they then suddenly had a 'cancellation' for the week after being the 28/03/17. I arrived at my consultation with the surgeon, had to wait for roughly 40 minutes to be seen. The surgeon wouldn't be very helpful when asking what implant size he thinks would look natural on me and what wouldn't (they do not have every implant size, so you can only try on about 4!), however I understand that isn't the surgeons fault, it is the companies. Once that was done I was then told I couldn't make a payment and wasn't guaranteed a bed because what they needed for me to pay they didn't have, weird right? It's almost as if they didn't want me to get it done! Anyway, I was then told not to worry, I would still have a bed guaranteed if I transferred the £500 deposit as soon as the bank transfer details were sent to me, which I did do as soon as I received the details about an hour later, however I was then told there were no more available spaces for the 16th of April AFTER giving them my £500 deposit and would have to wait until the 30th of April. As you can tell, I was not happy so decided to call the website, because my patient co-ordinater was not helpful in the slightest, would actually ignore my emails to her and reply a few days later or not at all. Despite being told that I could eventually have it done on the 16th because I rang the website it self and expressed how upset and disappointed I was, I have now come to the conclusion that I have no confidence in transform whatsoever and do not want to go ahead with the breast augmentation with them, I'm going to go somewhere else. It'll be a miracle if I actually get my £500 deposit back too! I would say this place is only helpful to patients that are either YouTube famous/bloggers !! Save yourself time, and money ladies. X

Went for Brest implant I healed well the other is rock solid due to tissue Surgeon not willing to do any thing until guaranty is nearly up with them. Poor service go to MYA
