“Found my last visit rather negative from the nurse. But honest. Led me to look for a plastic surgeon elsewhere, as when I looked up the Qualifications of the suggested doctor, he was not listed as qualified.”

“Gabriele was an outstanding practitioner, very professional and informed me of everything before my treatment. However when i had to rescedule my follow up appointment for botox i was messed around and was told to basically not come for my appointment as i had gone past my rebooking date, i had allready set off that morning from anglesey in north wales which is a 2 hour drive away for me to your clinic, and was told half way through my drive to not come as it would be pointless as there is nothing anyone could do, considering i was willing to travel and had spent nearly 300 pounds on botox a few weeks earlier i was disgusted with the patient aftercare that i received, im due a treatment very soon and i have doubts as to weather i will use transform again. “My experience from start to finish was very good. My Patient Coordinator, Tiffany Coulter was great. Very helpful and informative. She was able to answer all of my questions and didn't make me feel like I was rushing to make a decision. My surgeon Mr Khan was also very good. Not really a people person, but he does excellent work and is clear and concise. I don't need nurturing, I need outstanding results and I want them delivered safely and to an extremely high standard and he delivered just that. The Nurse was also very good. Dennis was able to answer all questions and give me all the information I needed when I needed it. Overall, my experience was very good and I have no complaints at all.”

“I came in for botox in my jaw as I had been in severe pain for atleast 7 months due to grinding my teeth.........It has literally changed my life.....AMAZING........no pain no painkillers........Thank you”

“It took me quite some time to build up confidence and finally go to see about a breast enlargement surgery. I met with a surgeon and told him my issues I showed him pictures of breast I ideally liked. He was very insensitive throughout the consolation and very unprofessional and kept saying l could never have breast like that and I asked him what relistically I could achieve but he got very aggressive and refused to talk about what options was available to me. Overal a really bad experience”

“Didn't think to much of the consultants.. Everything was a rush and as soon as you enter the building from speaking to the receptionist to the consultants, they just look at you like they don't have the time for you and everything is a chore! Put me right off and I'm now looking else where! Having a breast augmentation is a private thing and a big decision so to be made to feel like your taking up there time is never great!”
