“From my initial inquiry to recovering from the operation and aftercare I cannot recommend Transform highly enough! They are all so professional and helpful and always available if you have any worries or questions. Oh and I'm really pleased with the result!!!”

“Everything was very good from the initial consultation to having the procedure carried out. Everything was explained thoroughly & the care received during my procedure was really good & very caring. I had a follow up review too, which put my mind at rest when I was assured everything was progressing as it should. I would certainly use Transform again.”

“All the times when you go for treatment it's someone different treating you every 6 months.ive also had bad experience with the receptionist Tina her name is she was on the phone to me she put the phone down but I heard all her conversation wat she said bad about me. I am a customer for transform so she's got no right to talk about me like that as I pay for my treatment so what right does she have to swear at me behind by back while I'm still on the phone.”

“Excellent staff. They made me feel at ease, they were all friendly and caring. Maggie is a absolute diamond - Mr Clarke is very professional and has done an amazing job! I have more confident and am extremely happy with the out come”

“As always staff are friendly and put you at ease. I had lip fillers and my lips look fantastic I am so happy with the result. The staff member who carried out the work took her time to ensure my lips looked even and natural. I absolutely love them.”

“Fantastic all round from start to finish, felt welcomed from my initial consultation with cheri who was fantastic, my surgeon who quite literally has given me a whole new confidence has done a brilliant job, the care I received at the Riverside hospital was 5* such a lovely comfortable facility and my aftercare with becky the clinic nurse was outstanding she has gone above and beyond looking after me in the 8 weeks post op, all the staff at the Norwich clinic are amazing and I highly recommend to anyone!”

“Really disappointed as I ended up not having any treatment. I continually received emails advising I had over £100 bonus points on my card and could use them towards a treatment. I booked an appointment referring to the offer and again mentioned the offer when I arrived for my appointment and everyone was fine. I then went for the consultation and agreed what I was having and was asked to pay before it was done - good job too as I was then told the offer was no longer valid!!! I've now got over £100 on my loyalty card and yet had no treatment - total waste of time :-(”

“Well all I can say is wow, they made me feel special there was one hiccup but that was sorted very quickly. If I wanted anything else done transform would be the place to go Thanks”

“Slightly disappointed that as a returning customer/patient and recommended 2 friends for surgical procedures and now come to you to have Botox and lip filler that you couldn't off a better discount on a re breast Aug..:-( so having to go for consultation else where as they r cheaper.”
