“I would 100% recommend transform to anybody going through or thinking about having a procedure done. Right from the start everyone was friendly,informative and above all completely understanding about how important a decision like this. I felt very safe throughout and know I can contact the team for help if I have any questions which is great. Very happy I choose transform”

“I am happy with the detailed explanation and discussion I had with both Louise and Mandi on a particular sensitive issue. However I did have concerns with the treatment I have had so far as I have had a far more adverse reaction than I anticipated. The fact I have spoken with Louise since has clarified a few concerns I had so in general I am happy with what Transform have done so far.”

“Very welcoming receptionist, offered me tea or coffee on arrival. Treatment room first class backed up by very caring and attentive practitioner. Treatment very simple & quick, only four days after my treatment and vein on my nose is vanishing. Would not hesitate in returning for further treatments and will recommend Transform to friends & family.”

“After my first rhinoplasty procedure I was devasted that a few months down the line I now had a bump in the middle of my nose that was not previously there. The surgeon subsequently agreed to a revision and I had a second procedure carried out. The results took most of the bump away but unfortunately there is still a small bump there and my nose still is not what I originally asked for. I returned to transform to speak with a director and he advised against a third procedure as he said the risks were high that my nose may develop indents and look even worse. I would not recommend transform and I regret paying £4,000 to this company and in hindsight I wish I would have done further research before my operation and used a different surgeon.”

“It is now just over two weeks since I had Botox. I am very disappointed. I still have lines between my eyebrows and at the sides of my eyes and upper cheeks where I had the injections. Surely after two weeks I would be able to see an improvement.”

Hi there - Botox usually 'kicks in' after an average of 10 days. We advise patients who are not seeing the results they expected to go back to the clinic for a possible 'top up' treatment. I'll arrange for someone from your clinic to give you a call. Thanks

“I've had quite a few fillers done in Reading and always been pleased with the result however I had Some done on Tuesday last week and I still have bruising over a week later which I'm not so happy about.”

Hi there - thanks for your review. On occasion, some patients will experience some bruising and they are always told of this before the treatment is administered. It's always very superficial and shouldn't last too long. Thanks x

“Don't be filled by the advertised low prices, they are just trying to get you through the door but then reality kicks in. I got attracted by advertised £180 lip filler procedure. Attended the initial appointment with the manager and again got quoted £180 - £375. At the initial appointment I was advised that the £180 option is a filler only used for old ladies to fill in lip lines and that minimum they would recommend is £220 half a mil option to achieve any augmentation effect. After few days after swelling gone down I couldn't see any difference what so ever so I went back for advice. Lovely lady in office advised me that I need another half mil for £220 to get any effect, joke right? So basically I paid £220 for no result :( I've already booked myself to my local salon for another full mill for £280 as opposed to £440 with Tranform. Really disappointed. On a plus side all ladies I dealt with were lovely but the pricing and service is below average, avoid! Lucie”

Hi there - really sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your treatment or our pricing. The prices we show are always 'from' and a final cost is given after a consultation with one of our practitioners as every patient is different in terms of the product they need and the quantity. We only use high quality products and have clinical staff administering treatments, which is very different to what a salon will provide. Thanks

“I needed filler to fill up the skin. recieveved one on ehe jawl lines making the sunken areas become even more sunken. did not get what was asked for.... If additional injections too were required aswell as the three to achieve the affect I had requested I should have been informed to budget accordingly before going ahead with the procedure. So I'm not really too pleased. However the staff were very polite and lovely”

“Poor advice, poor facilities and I was sold a product I didn't need. When I asked for my money back, Transform refused. I have complained and I am waiting to hear back from the head office. I will not use Transform ever again - unless I receive a full refund on the poor service I have received.”

“I have been attending Transform for 15 years. I find the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside is that I experience a lot of bruising when receiving botox injections that can take upto 2 weeks to subside. I've tried Arnica but this does not help. I know the temperature of room where I get my injections is far too hot (no air con) and this dilates my blood vessels making me bruise very easy. it would be a simple solution to make the room cooler thus helping with the bruising.”

“I approached transform for non surgical treatments as I felt my skin needed something more than just what was available on the high street. I encountered a warm and friendly reception with fantastic staff who explained what would be good for me and why. Every stage has been easy and stress free.
