“I can't express how pleased I was with the service provided by Travel-Direct. I was under great time pressure for a Chinese business visa. Travel-Direct was pro-active every step of the way to ensure I received the visa in time. I continually received updates throughout the process as well. I am very appreciative of their efforts and service.”

“Looking for a reputable intermediary to help me with a Chinese visa, I found Travel Direct UK through Google, among many other similar agencies, and I was impressed first by the web-site and then the price (taking into consideration the only slightly lower price of sorting it out myself) and reviews. I liked the fact that I could telephone if I needed help and that, if I wished, I could have documents checked on-line first, also that this was a genuine establishment where I could turn up without first making an appointment. I didn't take advantage of this, though, because I live in the English Midlands! Such a pity you only organize visas to Russia and China...”

“What is there to say? I filled in 5 pages of personal details for each of us (my wife and I) plus pages with details about our trip, sent them off with cheques for £170 each, plus a return envelope at a cost of £7.20 and we got our visas back in the agreed 5 days. What else is there to say?”
