“Tina was very efficient and kept us informed all the way. Handled the whole service very quickly and we had the passports back within a week in spite of Bank Holiday. Very reasonable too. Will recommend to all my friends.”

“Polite agents, quick service as promised, but see below. Professional overall. MAIN ISSUE - and it is important. I prepaid the return of my documents by FedEx. Travel-Direct told me the I had to arrange the FedEx pickup from their office. This took in effect two extra days of organizing, international phone calls etc. Why couldn't they just pick up the phone to FedEx themselves?”

“Very simple, the instructions on what documents are needed is easy to follow. Contacted them after my passport was returned to ask for the invoice and got it by the end of business. Returned on time ever over a bank Holiday weekend. This is my third 2 year visa obtained through Travel Direct and won’t use anyone else.”
